I love the chat messenger to talk to Jorge due to I am deaf. It’s very easier to communicate. I am very excited for my father got his bed in Los Angeles which I am living in Texas. The dresser was nice but wasn’t the size I ordered. Then when ask to pick up to wait for the other one to be made they wanted to charge a fee when it wasn’t my wrong. Spoke to the manager and had a bad attitude. Was arguing back in forth. Then when they were picking up they said they will arrive within 2 hours but came hours later. Customer service was just really bad

Love getting my furniture from here. The staff is always in a great mood and they always make me feel welcomed. They are completely honest with me about items not being in stock and about the delivery time. Their costumed couches is what they are known for and believe me when I say they are simply amazing. You can pick the comfort, color, style etc. My family and myself love shopping here!!!!
