Al was a complete no-show. At first it was delay after delay…. weather first then he had Covid, then his crew did. Those delays were understandable. Then after promising a new start date and, in theory, purchasing supplies, he just never showed up. He never responded to calls or texts. He completely failed to meet his commitments. Attempting to work with him was both disappointing and an utter waste of time.

If your time means nothing to you and you enjoy your time being wasted use this company! I scheduled an appointment with them; THEY provided me the date and time for the quote and didn’t bother to show up or call to let me know they wouldn’t make it. I called them 20 mins after the window appointment time they gave me to see if anyone was on the way and I was told by the guy who answered that he “would look into this and call me right back.” It’s been another hour now. No call back. Nobody has arrived and 3 hours of my time waiting for them I can’t get back. Unprofessional.

I hired Discount to do the roofs on 2 homes this year. Once on my old home and once on the home we just bought. Abdul, Hector, and their crew were amazing both times. Super fast work, excellent workmanship, knowledgeable, and professional. The price was very fair and competive. Lifetime warranty on the work and the roofs look great. I would strongly recommend these guys to others.

They were amazing. They gave us an estimate.. actually went on the roof to check everything. We also had installation put in the attic. I am all about customer service and being timely and they exceeded my expectations. Our roof was done in April, it was so quick and efficient since we have a smaller house. They cleaned everything up really well, we haven't found any nails or parts. It looks like a new house we couldn't be happier.

The estimator that gave us a bid was extremely professional and courteous. He was bright and interested in doing the best job at the lowest price. He was honest about what he would and would not recommend. Absolutely no high pressure sales tactics.
