Our employees are our most important asset. Installing shingles on a house may appear to be as simple as laying them in rows and putting nails through them, but all of our employees have received advanced training in our education center. Understand how to properly ventilate an attic, including installing insulation baffles and blocking under the eave edge of the roof.
We don't like surprises anymore than our customers do. So communication, honesty and integrity play a major role in our business and our history. Neighborhood Roofing did an excellent job installing a roof vent for a new bathroom fan. I was unsure who to call to get this work done when I realized that Neighborhood Roofing could do this and would ensure the integrity of our roof. Jeff and team got the job done in a timely manner, squeezing us into his busy schedule. This allowed us to move forward with a planned attic insulation project. Estimate was fair and thorough, including best and worst case scenario prices for my roof which was in shambles and had a leak. The person inspecting was spot on in what needed to be done and was up front and honest about what the price would look like. The front office folks were super helpful in talking through details from start to finish and they were able to complete the job in less than a day. Cleanup was great, you couldn’t even tell they were here. I’d recommend them for any roof job!

Extremely impressed! Neighborhood Roofing is first class from start to finish. Bought our home 3yrs ago and it required a new roof. Everyone in my neighborhood recommended these guys. From estimate to execution everything was perfect (timely, customer service, final product, etc.). We recently called them up for help evaluating an ice dam melt. Our roof needed some minor repairs due to aging. We contacted several companies. We never heard from one. One provided an estimate from the ground. Neighborhood Roofing’s Jeff Dolph was the only one that went up on the roof to do his estimate, and showed us pictures of what needed to be repaired. The office called us a week before our repair appointment to tell us we’d be scheduled the following week, and then the night prior. We had our roof replaced a week ago. In simple terms, we are VERY pleased with every aspect of dealing with Neighborhood Roofing. Every communication we had with the office was timely, efficient, helpful, and the people were very pleasant and easy to work with. On the "roof day" specifically, the workers showed up basically at dawn, and they were still working at 8:00 p.m. that night. Really impressive contractor! Visited my site and helped me work through some repair options. Needed a chimney re-flashed, and they helped me figure out some other repairs rather than a complete replacement. They were able to get me in to the schedule within a reasonable timeframe. When the crew arrived, they were courteous, thorough, and did first rate work! I will definitely recommend them to friends and return to them when I need a roof replacement. Terrific company--I couldn't be more pleased. Andy came out to give us the original quote and was very helpful. As we got closer to the installation date we had a number of questions and concerns, and Kathy provided excellent customer service getting everything addressed. They were able to work their schedule to do the installation when we weren't going to be in town, which was nice. Originally they told me that it would be a two day job, but when rain threatened the following day they actually pulled more guys to the project and worked extra hours to get it all done in one day.

As a former builder I can be very fussy when hiring contractors. I know the difference between a decent job and a great job. From start to finish, I have been impressed with Neighborhood Roofing (offices in Saline and Ann Arbor). They did a very thorough review of the roof and found some problems that I hadn't discovered yet. They then provided a very professional estimate and proposal with multiple options of quality and price. Wisely, they offer roofing systems using materials which are made to work with each other - rather than piece together a solution using only the cheapest materials
