Gang came in and got the whole roof done plus some vent rebuilding plus replacing some rotted wood then later the gutter guys came in to finish the job. Great work and will use them again both for regular inspections but more gutter work on the other side of the house. Should weather not cooperate later, you can bet Roof Advance will get the first crack at the work. It was our first time doing a roof and it was pretty painless.

The installers were quick and did a fantastic job. No mess or damage to anything (you couldn’t tell they had been there at the end of the day). The owner made a visit during install to ensure everything was satisfactory. Extremely customer focused company.

We were really happy with our experience with Roof Adance. They were courteous and helpful. After our initial call about a tree that fell on our roof and it happened on a weekend. They were there within 24-48 hours. Look at it right away and emailed us a quote. They were able to schedule us right away and came on the designated time and finished it. They had to come back for the gutter, but they did that right away too. They cleaned up very nicely and we are very happy with their work. I do highly recommend them.

These guys just did our roof. The owner was the only guy who actually got on the roof to measure. They quoted our job a year and a half ago and we finally decided to do it so they came back out. Price was more than competitive. The crew was very conscientious of when I was going in and out of the house. They worked hard all day. They cleaned everything up! The job was done in a day and workmanship was awesome. We were so pleased!! The owner came several days later to inspect the job. Great company!

Very professional group from the estimate to the final installation and clean up. Make sure you check the manufacture warranty of the shingles, they are not all the same. Some may just warranty the shingle and not the tear off or re-labor. Roof Advance can explain this to you. Roof Advance was great. Also remember to ask for extra shingles in case of an unusually high wind storm. Some colors are hard to match years later.

As good as it gets. I know because did this work for 20 years myself in a former life. Went back to school and got a degree in architecture so I had high expectations.
I got 5 other estimates and they were close to the low bid. Jacob gave an honest, no pressure, informative proposal. We live in a historic district and he took care of all the paperwork and permits.
These guys are good. Very professional work. Owner came out the next day as part of his routine to re-inspect the work and look over things. Truly went above and beyond my expectations.

I am a Landlord in the Ypsilanti area, I contacted Advance from an internet add. They responded right away. The price was reasonable and the quote was completed within 2 days of my contacting them. The job was scheduled for the following week and completed to my tenants satisfaction. My property manager said they did a great job and sent me pictures. I live out of town so the whole process was done by phone, email and credit card. I could not have been more pleased for how smooth the whole transaction went.
