Gary and his team renovated my son’s steel walled pool which had a wall cave in . The entire process was explained along with additional work and that be required as the renovation work was being done . The crew was tidy, meticulous, knowledgeable and did outstanding work. We were able to hear back from Gary in a timely fashion all along the way . We are happy we chose this company because their knowledge and expertise of pools allowed us to choose options that make a world of difference, they truly care about their customers . This was a major project and we are extremely happy we chose GP pools

This guy Gary Healy and his son are a joke. They don’t deserve any stars at all. I did business with them for 25+ years. They agreed to complete work last fall then backed out and never called or showed up. They never returned my multiple phone calls and in the past completed work that I never agreed to and got stuck paying for. He always gave me a price range for the work and every single time charged me the top end of the price range. They are not reliable at all. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them. There are far better pool companies out there that are much more reliable.

Had the same thing with liner poping out three years in a row he built the pool 12 years later replaced liner and keeps poping out call him gave me locking strips i had to put in now i have had it call him 3 days ago tould me he would send the guys in 3 day because they were worken down south whell 4 day still no one think i will give him 1 or 2 more days and get back in touch with my lawyer

Never returns calls or repairs work. Three years ago he did my pool liner but never fixed the edges where the liner popped out at the end of the seasons.
Have been calling him for an entire pool season and had to pay someone else to fix his work.
Too many options - Don't choose the guy working from his garage.

They may be in business for over 30 years, I don't understand how. They tell you they will be there 1 day and never show up, no phone call. Prices are extremely high, so that along with all the no shows or phone calls my experience with GP pools was one I want to forget but the chunk of money I paid will leave a bad taste in my mouth forever.
