The experience I had with this company was by far the worst I've ever had in my life with any contractors. The design started out great but then there was one issue after another. Mismatched cabinitry came, they scratched the hell out of my newly installed wood floors, The cabinets I paid them 40,000 for are scratched inside because instead of ordering the correct skins they had their painter paint it and they were supposed to make good on it and never did. The molding cracked shortly after they put it up. After several attempts to ask them to repair I ended up having to have it done and paid for

If you are looking for amateur hour go ahead and schedule your project with Premier Design Concepts LLC in Jackson, NJ. Communication was non existent. It took several calls and emails over a span of days to get a response. They sent a "friend" of the plumber they normally work with to do some of the work. He arrived at 5:30 PM and was politely asked to leave at 9:45 PM as he was unable to finish. Did I mention they installed the wrong shower heads and then took weeks to come back and install the items that were purchased. Handles for the cabinet were not installed or delivered until several other

Website is misleading. They claim to be general contractors and the customers satisfaction is their concern.
GCs handle the entire process. They gave my number to the painters so I could make arrangements.
Also, the contract wasn't itemized. It just stated the work to be done. I learned at contract signing time what wasn't included. Electrical, granite; late in the game to spring that information. I was told that the price included "about $4000 for appliances". When I told them I purchased my own, I was given a credit for $2400.

Purely coordinated; poorly managed; only installed well with complete customer supervision; plumber supplied poorly trained and unable to complete job; electrician arrived with wrong install equipment and tried to convince us it was better than what we had chosen--it wasn't.
