Innovative Tile Installations is owned and operated by Joe Paul, who comes from a family of builders. His father was a contractor when he was growing up and he passed it down to his three sons. Joe started setting tile when he was 19 and loved it right away. He was able to use his artistic and creative ideas and still work with his hands in a familiar capacity.

What a hack company Hired these guys to do 3 bathrooms just shower enclosures for a doctor in Tom's river every single bathroom had issues when as to return they still did not do the repairs correctly basically told us to do them and that we all don't know what we're talking about Is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with most incompetent company I've ever dealt with Would never use them again What a joke

My 97 year old mother needed a custom solution to eliminate the curb of her shower pan to make using the commode and shower easier. I was in town for just a couple weeks. Joe Paul of Innovative Tile returned my call the same day, came to the site, and worked through a solution and price. He set a schedule that didn't inconvenience my mother and worked to get the job done in three days. He also altered his usual installation sequence so my mother only had to be one night without access to her bathroom. Joe did what he said he would, when he said would at the price he said he would and went out of

Was hired to do the labor on a new bathroom renovation. The work was poorly done, they were not qualified for the work they said they were. I had to hire another person to fix the work they claimed to .They either didn't show up some of that week or would come with an hour left in the work day, so they did not complete what should have and could have been fixed due to their error in the time they said, yet again. They were argumentative and unprofessional throughout the whole job. Lying about parts, losing parts that I paid for and so on. After a week and they clearly were not trying to finish
