The staff of this cabinet business spent an inordinate amount of time with me to match a cabinet handle, and order a cabinet handle, for what I imagine is a meager profit.
This location has parking right in front of the store on N. Milwaukee Avenue. Even though the business is not particularly busy with walk-in customers during covid-19, I recommend a call to the store to be sure that they will be open for your arrival.

I'm back to update my review. While the initial completed kitchen looked amazing, it has not held up to normal use in the 8 months since it was installed. Some of the cabinets have had screws/hinges come undone, a few drawers aren't straight, some are cracking and our quartz counters are staining and etching. When I called to express my concerns, they suggested i fix the problems myself and then couldn't help with the counters as they "didn't install or manufacture the counters". I was given the number of the manufacturer who placed the blame on the installer and

ICA cabinets was amazing to work with from beginning to end. I was on a short timeframe to gut/remodel a kitchen so we could move in before our twins arrived. I talked to numerous big contractors and many of them couldn't do it in a short timeframe or their prices were so crazy, we'd have to try to salvage broken cabinets and paint them rather than get new ones. We recently bought some new furniture and then decided to remodel our kitchen adding new cabinets and countertops from iCA Cabinet on Milwaukee Ave. after seeing what they did for some friends of ours. Leon and his crew went far beyond expectation to measure, design my kitchen including a door panel for my refrigerator. Excellent craftsmanship. We recently bought some new furniture so next on the list were new cabinets for the kitchen. iCA had the best cabinets we had seen so we went ahead and bought what we liked from them. I have a limited budget and was planning to build my own cabinets from IKEA for our kitchen remodel, but was dreading the thought. I did some digging online and found myself at iCA with my three young kids in tow, with the hopes that I could find something in my style and price range. They had the exact white shaker cabinets I was looking for made out of actual wood instead of MDF. They turned a children's tv program on for my kids' enjoyment and quickly took the measurements I had and put a design together. They're pricing and quality was far better than any other place I went to. (Ikea, home depot, menards)
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Leon was was very knowledgeable when it came down picking the right cabinets for my design.
Sonny installed my cabinets with awesome precision and great attention to detail.
My wife and I are extremely happy and more than satisfied with their work

I'm in the middle of a 1 bedroom home renovation - complete gut rehab. I was initially a bit hesitant to go with a smaller kitchen cabinet shop / outfit, as opposed to say Home Depot or Ikea, which I've done in the past. However, my contractor recommended iCA Cabinet Supply saying that they have done a few cabinets in my building (Imperial Towers in Chicago).

My experience with ICA was remarkable, as staff was quick and efficient but also very welcoming. As a contractor, I have bought many cabinets before but ICA had by far has the best prices and quality. Also, as I said earlier, they were very quick and efficient. My client needed some cabinets quickly. I was referred to ICA by another contractor. Leon was extremely helpful. I explained to him my project situation and he prioritized my order. My order was delivered the very next day! Both my client and I were dumbfounded. I will definitely come back to ICA for my next project.
