I firmly do not recommend this service. Moved with this company 2 years ago and they lost several boxes somehow in transit all with very priceless family heirlooms and photographs that can not be replaced. In total 7 big boxes were missing and when we asked what happened to them they told us it wasn’t their problem and left. Our neighbors had moved… with them too we found out a year or so before and the same thing happened where they just lost (or stole) boxes and then said it wasn’t their problem. This is with moving insurance and everything. Would never recommend to anyone

Best move, ever. I've moved plenty in the military. Greater Syracuse Moving Co. answered my call, scheduled and moved us within a six week window. Terry, a 40 yr. man, and Phil, took extreme care with our belongings... well-padded, secured. Their attention to detail ensured our walls were pristine... not an easy task in a 100 yr. old house with stairs. This move has been the least stressful in 33 yrs of moves. Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough good things about the service and excellent experience when I moved from New York to Florida in late August. From the quote process, to the packers, to the delivery - it all went so smoothly and all on time - I was pleasantly happy with every aspect!
