If I could give 0 I would. He owns 9 Charles Street and there is a resident on the third floor( who is falsifying handicap, you wouldn't qualify for handicap after you already live on the third and got it conveniently after the whole neighborhood signed a petition to get rid of her) she harrases everyone that lives on the street, she has beat up a couple of the people, she threatens our lives, and she even follows people to places to start with them. We all live in seige on the street and have to look out our windows to make sure it's safe. Yet the Laughlin's do nothing because the don't want to

Proper inspection was not scheduled after the plumbing and addition work was complete. Now 4 years later when we are trying to sell the house, we need to pull the permits and schedule the inspection as these guys were not at all helpful in facilitating the process. Thanks a lot. Not worth the hassle working with these guys.

I have to agree with Robert. Paid them to put in a bathroom and after they left, within a month the grout and tile on the floor started coming up. They didn't vent the exhaust fan properly allowing water to seep into my house every time it rains. Good luck getting them to come back! I had to call other professionals to fix their poor work. Please seek other contractors for your work. Very frustrating
