I went in for some simple advice on converting a propane table to natural gas, they were incredibly helpful walked me through exactly what needed to be done, gave the recommendations based on some pictures. I could not have done it without them and all I was there to do was to buy some fire glass and a hose, customer service is awesome.

I had a horrible experience here when trying to buy a grill/smoker for my husband for Christmas. The salesman acted like I was bothering him simply by being there, changed the prices on the models I was looking that several times while I was there, and when I asked him to tell me the differences between a few models he basically told me it didn't matter and my husband would be fine.

Where do I start... Have been super hesitant about getting a pellet style grill and couldn't decide. Found GMG online and found out the boys at BBQ Concepts are an authorized dealer and headed straight there. Emon was extremely knowledgeable about all things BBQ. Not only was he able to tell me all about the ins and outs of this grill, he went on to explain the differences between the other models they had on the show room floor. You can tell guys have a wealth of bbq knowledge and are eager to share and teach. Their selection of grills, accessories, pellets, and overall inventory was incredible

We we picked BBQ concepts to install our barbecue in our backyard. We delt with Taylor and we couldn't be more pleased. We had a lot of changes with the date it could be installed because of other contractors in the backyard and they gladly helped with our issues. Crew came out to a couple of days at a wonderful job. I went into store and asked for an estimate for a built in grill. Said they would call. Never did. Went back in 2 weeks later. Said they would call never did. Was referred to owner who came to my home on 2/4/20. Said he would get me an estimate. As of today..3/24 . nothing. Poorly run business. I would not recommend them for anything. Very disappointing.

After a really bad series of experiences with BBQ's Galore in Las Vegas, I reached out to BBQ Concepts. Their store is spectacular, and the people that work there are very helpful. We didn't have to wait around, and even with the phones ringing off the hook, they remained attentive.
We didn't buy, because in describing our current problem with our older grille, Omid commented that a deep cleaning might fix the issue, and he recommended Chris, from LEVEL UP BBQ Cleaning. For the $250 vs $2600.00 investment, it was a worthy recommendation

I can give these guys a two star because Omid took my call the day I called him and showed up within a day to go over my project. He was very forthcoming as to why his company was so much better than another company I was going to use. I really liked him in person and I'm sure they do good work.

I am looking to build a fireplace in my back yard and called for estimate. I had appointment with Omid which he cancelled last minute... then showed up late the next day. We reviewed my space and my ideas and he told me I would have a design within 7-10 business days. I never received anything so I called and texted him with no reply. Very disappointing. Don't waste your time.

We were in the market for a bbq island and this was our first stop , we were quoted a price on a Lynx bbq w island that was already on the showroom floor. It seemed expensive but I didn't know how much these things cost. We went in and were not ever pressured and left the store to go compare with other places.
We went to 3 other places and comparable islands were about 4-5k more. We went back and made the purchase and can't be more satisfied with the performance of the bbq and the service they gave us (especially the delivery and set up). I will not go anywhere else for my bbq needs.

I had seen this location on a friends Instagram. I believe he was interested in a new smoker. However, what had caught my eye was their wall of spices so I decided to check them out. Being the cook and grill master of the house I was super excited.
The gentleman that was sitting behind the cash wrap was very friendly. He stopped whatever it was that he was doing to showed me all of the top selling spices/ rubs and even convince me to smell and taste them with the testers that they had available. All of the spices were decently priced $10-13 for large bottles. I ended up choosing 3 bottles but

Great company! Had a major repair done to my fire pit that was a very difficult, tedious job. The gas pipe had rusted through and was partially enclosed in concrete. They had to saw through the concrete and chip away until they could remove the rusted pipe. I'm sure they thought this was a "job from hell". Everything got done on time with great workmanship. They were friendly and hard working. Would definitely recommend this company for any gas fired appliance repair. My fire pit is now better than new. Thank You.
