I called about a clogged sewer pipe in the morning and by early afternoon it was all taken care of! I appreciated the really fast response to my call and that the work was done on the same day. The worker who came out arrived wearing a mask and was really friendly and helpful, and worked VERY efficiently. I highly recommend Valley of the Moon Plumbing!!

Well, a year later and Alan is gone. But I thought I'd go ahead and give them a try. One thing was fixed and another had to wait for a part. This meant I had no hot water in my kitchen, so I was anxious to get this done as quickly as possible. I said I could get the part myself and was told that local stores sold inferior parts, so it was best if I let them get it for me. Never heard from them again. I called someone else, who told me it would be better and less expensive if if I got the part myself and had them install it. The job was done in two days. I will never call on VOM ever again

Alan, one of the co-owners, has been there for me at every step of our complicated, top-to-bottom restoration of a mid-century modern cottage and small vineyard. From new service from the old pump house 150 yards away, to a difficult sewer line issue, to new gas hookups and kitchen plumbing, every tough job has been tackled with grace and professionalism. I had a clogged drain 6 months ago and the team who came out was great. I couldn't remember their name so I went onto Yelp & called another service and a tech came out this morning (they won't give estimates over the phone). I had asked the tech to look at two drains - one in need of immediate service and the other that could eventually start clogging from hair, etc. The tech said he could offer both for the discounted rate of $500, down from $600. I said I'd consider it.

Alan contacted me and wanted to make things right. He assured me that they have improved and now have a top notch guy for new construction projects. He helped out with a few things that still needed to be done. I believe he is sincere about delivering good work. Wish I had spoken to him when the problems first occurred.

These guys are crooks! They came out to my house to fix a leak from my upstairs shower, which was leaking into my kitchen downstairs. After they had left the leak continued. Spent over a week trying to contact them and was continually ignored until I added my landlord on to the text message. They came out and said "everything is fine" though the ceiling was still leaking. They were rude to me and tried to make me feel as though I was crazy and that I was totally inconveniencing them. They refused to fix the leak. I'm guessing since they were already paid, they didn't care. Then

I have used Valley of the Moon plumbing twice now, and have been very pleased with both experiences.
Alan (who I believe is the owner or one of the owners) was incredibly friendly and professional.
First job was unclogging the worst bathroom sink clogging I have ever seen. They got it done and the price was fair and comparable to the other quotes I got. The second job was helping me install a new water heater.
I definitely recommend these guys

I called Valley of the Moon Plumbing for help with an outdoor fireplace gas line. I inserted the key into the key hole but it just kept spinning and not turning on the gas to the fireplace. This was not my home, but a good friends, so I wanted to do him a favor by fixing the problem. I called Allan and explained my situation. He made an appointment for me but also suggested while waiting for him to come I should check the gas line key. He explained gas valves like that have a 5/16th and a 1/4" fitting. He suggested I check that the key was the correct size. Well I took his advice and yes the

Well I found Valley of the moon plumbing here on yelp! They are awesome . We had a toilet issue. Alan and his helper Amari did a perfect job. I highly recommend them .
