While I have zero doubts that Clear Wood Plumbing (Owner, Jake, speifically) can responsibly and reliably complete any plumbing project they undertake I'd like to lend my stamp of approval to their skill in replacing boilers.
In winter, my home is heated through a circa-1970's in-floor, radiant heat system. The engine for this system is the boiler. Mine was original to the home and gave out on one of the last cold days of this past season giving me time to shop around for repair or replacement.

Very responsive and professional to diagnose and replace our boiler and tank quickly. They take the job very seriously and are insanely knowledgeable about boilers and all things general plumbing. Pricing was very reasonable given the scope and urgency of the project. The whole team is a joy to meet and work with and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

Jake at Clearwood is my go to plumber. Jame is professionally and personally. He has done many jobs for for the school I work at and every time his performance is top-notch. He's very responsive to all phone calls and is on time with his meetings and scheduled days to start work. All the projects he is done have had no issues. Clearwood has you covered from plunging toilets, or install a backflow prevention device, they do it all

He is efficient so his costs reflect that.
He shows up on time.
He finds satisfaction and is proud of his work.

As a woman, he treats me with respect, an equal, and is not creepy.
Which says a lot after being around lots of workers in doing our project.

Jakob and his team are fantastic. We have known and worked with him for over ten years. He provides a reliable service at a reasonable price. We had a great experience with Clear Wood Plumbing - came first thing in the morning and repaired a pipe and damaged recirculation pump. He came back to help move a water heater, and went above and beyond in helping get the job done. Very responsive, very reasonably priced, very nice guy as well. Easy five stars.
