Hired GAC to fix my tankless water heater, which they did a good job on fixing. I can give them a good review for that.

Now, after they fixed the water heater, I had them look at my shower having hot & cold switched (the house has both hot & cold switched when we purchased it). While looking at it, they broke the piece & told me they'd have to order a special piece for it. The piece came in, but they had to travel to LA so, for over q week. In the meantime, I would have to have a 5-gallon bucket collect water (the leak would fill up one 5-gallon bucket worth an-hour so it was

We recently had a problem with our on-demand gas water heater or so we thought. We contacted GAC Plumblng and Gary walked us through every possible cause and cure. In the end he concluded that it was almost certainly the regulator on the propane tank. We thought that unlikely since we had just replaced it, but called the gas company anyway. The gas company didn't think so either. However, they finally changed the regulator, and lo and behold Gary was right. He could easily have come out and charged us for the visit, but instead gave us a good diagnosis and charged us nothing. It's refreshing

Gary will be my contact from now on when it comes to plumbing issue. I needed help right away and he was able to change his schedule to accommodate my busy schedule. We met and studied the problems. He went on explaining what needed to be done with the rusted pipe that was leaking. He gave me a quote on that same day in the afternoon, and we agreed. What's changed in 2 years? Their website claims "Same Day Service No Extra Charge for Nights & Weekends. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed." I called on a Sunday night and said we had a clogged pipe and mentioned that they had come out a couple of years ago and routered the main line really well. The woman said they had no one available. When I asked about a plumber coming out on Monday she said she was sorry but they don't do that kind of work anymore.... They don't come out and clean drains anymore?

I was calling around to fix my sewer pump since it was broken. Gary was the first person to answer. I tried to get a few quotes from others but no one answer. I was a little hesitant without getting other quotes from other companies, but I am glad that Gary answered.

I needed a new water heater, and decided to have a tankless installed. So I called around, and just had a good feeling about Gary at GAC. He answered all my questions, clearly knew what he was talking about, and never rushed me. It took a few phone calls to figure out exactly what I wanted to do, but Gary was very patient.
