We offer Full Service, where we come out to your residence and pack, inventory all the items in your home, load them onto the truck, and deliver it to new your new residence. We unload, unpack, and arrange all items.
The owners of Platinum Services have been providing long distance household moves for the Military, State Department, and Private Sector for over 100 years. Handling over 3000 shipments per year with less than.01% in damages. We take great pride in ourselves in the services that we have been able to provide; our office staff and crews are truly professionals.

We just had the worst moving experience with Platinum Services! Three men arrived to load our belongings into storage cubes. They moped into our 3 bedroom townhouse (the lead mover wearing crocs!), moved incredibly slow - it took them 30 minutes just to get started and our stuff was already in boxes and furniture wrap! They took smoke breaks, used multiple bathrooms in our home when we directed them to use only one (the others had already been cleaned for the new residents), and heated their food in our microwave. Amazing experience! In comparison to previous movers who just loaded my things into their truck, Mario and Chris wrapped my furniture with plastic and blankets they had brought and made sure none of my things could be broken or scratched! (And mind you, we were only moving my things three blocks away). They were kind and respectful and even offered me cold bottles of water from their truck. They arrived around the time that they predicted. They charged me per hour and this even included the three flights of stairs they had to climb in my new building!
