I called and spoke to Travis on a Tuesday. He said he would come out on Wednesday to give me an estimate. I never saw him or heard from him so I called Wednesday afternoon. They were already closed for the day so I sent an email asking if he was still planning to come out and give me an estimate. I also included my phone number in the email. Two full business days later, and still no response from anyone. It’s very rude to ignore customers and if this is how they do business, I will never contact them for anything ever again. Very disappointed.

Eastside helped us tear out an old buckling sidewalk (and tree stump) and put in new sidewalk and a walkway up to our front door in Troutdale. They were friendly, professional, quick, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up the area every day after leaving and when the job was all done they even washed off the sidewalks and roads around the work area. Their communication was really good as well, and we knew what was going on at every set in the process. Incredible work. Highly recommend Eastside for any concrete needs.

If anyone is looking to have a concrete patio done, I highly recommend Eastside concrete and remodeling(ECR) The owner, Travis Baird was amazing, from start to finish he treated my husband and I with not only respect but also compassion, the communication between us and Travis was 100% flawless. His crew was also amazing, treating our property as it was their own, keeping things clean ever step of the way. Travis totally got inside my head when I said "I did not want just a plain patio slab done". He saw my vision and did a remarkable job bringing it to life. This is a 18ishx40ish beautifully poured
