4th Avenue Homes
We're a family-owned construction company licensed in Oregon and Washington. Our projects extend as far north as Vancouver, Washington, with main operations in the Portland, Oregon area. We offer timely and quality work with client satisfaction at the forefront. A new paint color is a wonderful tool for sprucing up a space, but when it comes to painting old kitchen cabinets, there's more to the task than meets the eye.

How do you make a small space feel luxurious and spacious without changing the floor plan? One of the owners of 4th Avenue Homes and his wife recently answered this question while remodeling.
Services
We are family who conduct business the same way we do life: together, with integrity and a sense of humor. With 10+ years experience in the construction industry, David has spent the past five years as owner and GC of his own construction company where he's specialized in home renovations and additions, and small commercial construction projects.
4th Avenue Homes is fully licensed and bonded, and knowledgable of industry standards and building codes. We're here to evaluate your project, obtain permits, and manage the construction work from start to finish. Our expertise in the field will ensure that your project is completed in a timely manner with quality at the forefront.
4th Avenue Homes is here to help with your renovation projects. As a licensed and bonded General Contractor, we operate by industry standard and code so your projects are safe as well as beautiful. Check out our Pinterest page for design inspiration, and when you're ready, Contact Us so we can help you create a space you love!
Move-in day is not the time to uncover major home defects, especially ones with outrageous price tags! 4th Avenue Homes wants the home-buying process to be rewarding for our clients. Let us come alongside you during your home-buying process to help evaluate the homes' condition. Our renovation experience can help spot "red flags" and potentially save you thousands of dollars.
Q: Why should I hire 4th Avenue Homes as my General Contractor (GC) instead of managing the work myself?. A: 4th Avenue Homes is licensed and bonded in Oregon and Washington. We obtain permits, satisfy building codes & industry safety standards, schedule workers & subcontractors, and schedule & pass inspections.

We had David and Scott from 4th Avenue Homes come out to assess water damage to our family room ceiling. Once we accepted the bid, we were given a time table when each subcontractor would arrive such that there was just a short time our house was being repaired. We liked all the contractors and the close supervision by Scott. Communication with us and the work done were both excellent. We would highly recommend their company.

Working with Scott and his team was great! They quoted us a fair price, were always on time, easy to communicate with, and they did a beautiful job! We will definitely use them again.

We hired 4th Ave to remodel an old familyroom into something more usable for us. They were thorough and upfront and made the whole process easy on us. The finished product is more than we could have hoped for. They are super nice and personable. The job they did was exactly what we wanted and so much more. We are so pleased with the job they have done and actually looked forward to having them here working every day. Would never want to hire anyone else.

My husband and I recently finished a full 6 week kitchen remodel with 4th Avenue Homes, and I dare say it was actually fun! Dave and Scott were great to work with to help us problem solve quirks to our 1915 craftsman that has undergone unusual repairs and updates over the past decades. I also appreciated their openness and flexibility to discuss options that would be more cost effective from a materials and labor standpoint. Dave and Scott were always quick to respond to our inquiries and accommodating to our work schedules (text, email, call, in-person as needed). We are thrilled to be cooking
