Affinity Home & Design, LLC is a Design + Build construction company established by Nathan Dunithan in 2010. Nathan's background in architectural design has helped to shape Affinity's culture, infusing a strong passion in our team for functional, beautiful, and perfectly executed projects. With Affinity's expanded presence in the residential remodeling market, we have opened a new design center in West Linn, OR.
Our desire is that our clients will have a place where they can sit with our designers and more easily create a beautiful vision for the places they love most in their homes. Services
This kitchen was designed in-house at Affinity and built by Affinity's Residential Remodeling Team. We oversaw the project from initial design renderings, to demo, to installation, and finally to a beautifully finished product. The quality of the work done for us was superb. Every aspect of the remodel was well thought out, carefully planned and completed.
This project, completed in early 2015, was a full clubhouse remodel. It included an interior kitchen, community spaces, office spaces, a gym, restrooms, exterior paint, minor landscaping, an exterior community space with fireplace, and more. Affinity is such a great company, they have employees with great talent, craftsmanship and values!
In the past I found that I always felt boxed in, like I could not grow or move in my company. But through hard work and perseverance I have climbed through the ranks very quickly. It's been my experience that through piece-rate you can earn far more than you would hourly depending on your pace and proficiency.

We enjoyed working with Affinity. They came in with a competitive bid and made things happen. Even with the pandemic, safety protocols were in place to allow them to get the work done. They were professional and respectful of our home, project, and budget throughout. Their final invoice was exactly what they quoted. No surprises. Derrick was our project manager. He was knowledgeable and smart. Sal did much of the work on site and he was very skilled and extremely punctual.

Affinity is such a great company, they have employees with great talent, craftsmanship and values! We have had many projects from a full clubhouse remodel to a small outdoor pool shower, each project was completed on time and met/exceeded our high standards! Currently we use Affinity for unit remodels and they will be constructing our outdoor kitchen/bbq. I would recommend Affinity to anyone! I have many favorites including the admin personnel that I could name but to be honest every employee I have had the pleasure working with has been excellent! Thanks Affinity and team!
