I recommend that if you work with this group you install a porch camera so that you can have a record of when the contractors are actually at your property working. I am a tenant, and the homeowner hired this company to do repairs on the bathroom. On the days I was at home when the contractors came to the house to work, they stated they worked for 8 hours when they were only inside the house for 3. When we tried to help the homeowner challenge the provided hours, they refused to make any changes.
The work you'll get will be decent once you follow up several times to make sure the job is complete

This is a response to the review left by Jonathan Sanford. I happen to be a subcontractor for Willco and have even used their services on my own home (5 stars all around). I just finished reading the review left by Sanford, and feel I have to speak to it it. I was involved on this project that Sanford is referring to. He was a framing subcontractor on the project and his review sounds like it was written as a revenge and smear tactic because he was fired for very poor quality work. The owner of Willco himself had to come on the job site and correct framing mistakes and incomplete work the framers

I hired Willco to convert my 100+ year-old ADU into a an apartment house/tiny home. I couldn't imagine how anyone could restore that building, much less turn it into something livable when I first started working on the design with them, but they exceeded my expectations. The space is GORGEOUS! The carpenters were able to save the original doors and windows, and incorporated detailed woodwork to elevate the atmosphere. From interior paint colors to flooring to fixtures I felt supported in every decision that had to be made along the way. I'll likely hire them to do the exterior paint when spring

Horrible experience horrible work done on my house. They hire cheap labor and that’s what you get. When I complained about the horrible work done they got really defensive and said we complained too much. We still have bare wood on spots and old paint showing through. And they used the wrong paint. Not happy at all. After seeing all the other bad reviews on this company I feel it’s my fault for not checking up first. DO NOT HIRE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY

We are very happy with the job Willco did painting the exterior of our house. They were very easy and quick to communicate with and everyone working on our house was frirndly, polite, and did a great job leaving our yard and project area well organized. We also appreciate that they use Miller paint, a local PNW company. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them!

Willco pressure washed my house, driveway, and sidewalks and painted my front porch, railings, and window trim. They did a great job. The workers were very professional and careful. Everything looks great! Their price was quite reasonable, especially considering that they took their time and used quality paints. There was a small chip in the paint after about a month and they came and touched it up right away, no BS. Great company. I will definitely be calling them in the future for my home maintenance needs.

It's pretty sad when 4 of the 5 star reviews are written by employees of Willco in order to boost the abysmal customer ratings. That's what a company has to do when they specialize in "Blow and go" paint jobs. NOT that you'll ever see a painter working for this company. They're a joke in the industry. They'll put a paintbrush in anyone's hand for $13/hr and send them to your project. Eventually. It's "Bring your kid to work day" as a business model and it works about as well as you can imagine. Shady contracts, unfair labor practices, dodging

Willco transformed our office from a shabby green storefront to an eye-catching landmark on the Central Eastside in 2012. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We’ve been using them for updates and remodels ever since. It’s nice to work with local professionals who will stay invested in your growth and success for years to come. Highly recommended!

We purchased a "painter for a day" package from WILLCO at a charity event (though almost paid equivalent of full price so it wasn't like we were getting away with anything!) and are very pleased with the end result, though it took a little more legwork to get here than we would have preferred. I'd rate 4.5 stars if it let me.
Initial communication to set up a consultation was easy, the consultation itself was timely, professional and quick - then we ran into some miscommunications about scheduling and scope of work. When the job was completed, it had been done in a rush and since the area wasn

This summer we hired Willco to paint our small bungalow, which had some new siding, and a new ADU this summer. We made it clear to Randy, the estimator, that we would need the nail holes in the siding and soffits filled, and he gave us a fixed bid that included this work plus time and materials for a dry rot repair on one window.

We were told that we would be put on the schedule "in a couple of weeks." After a month with no word from the company, we emailed and were again told we'd be put on the schedule in a week or two. This happened at least twice. Nearly two months after we

Willco is a terrible contractor and even worse painter. They use a bate and switch technique getting you contracted and then providing sub par service, quality and communication. Not only will your project take longer than promised, it will not last and they will increase the cost holding you hostage. Bad people, bad ethics, bad quality.... I have contracted with many companies and this is by far the worse.

I was very disappointed with my experience with WillCo. They are expensive, which I was hoping meant that you get what you pay for. Unfortunately that is not the case. Primo, the owner is very much a salesman and basically told me that everyone else in town besides his company does horrible work. There were numerous visits and over a month went by before I got my small set of built-in shelves made. The worst part was that they charged me for 18 hours of labor (which I think was inflated and not the actual amount of time spent) and came in 50% over what they estimated! There was no apology for this
