Our project consisted of three bathroom remodels as one project. I consider myself a "fussy" client. Artur provided a very detailed estimate which helped me understand what was in the scope and outside the scope.

Wanted a bathroom remodel, and talked to a few different places. This was far and away the easiest to work with. No sales or product pushes, listened to what I wanted, gave me a quote and a timeline and stuck to both. Very easy and responsive to work with.
End result looks great! A special callout for Val, who did my tile. Not the easiest space to work in, but the lines are great, tiles are even. I couldn't ask for a better tile job! He really pushed for quality and it shows.

Highly recommend these guys—I worked with Ivan and Joseph and they were awesome. I used them for tiling/grouting my bathroom floors and shower walls/niche, so not "full" remodel. Because it wasn’t a full remodel I think they fit me in very quickly into their schedule which I very much appreciated. I originally planned to do all the tiling myself, but ended up feeling overwhelmed and had these guys come in to finish my project. It was obviously much more expensive than doing it myself, but I'm glad I had these guys do this. They worked with my existing layout (which I think I kind of screwed

They did a great job remolding my kitchen. The first set of cabinets had a huge void, I emailed about fixing this and they called me in less than five minutes and fixed the problem. There where a few hiccups like there always are in a project like this, they always responded quickly and fixed the problem. I would recommend them for your remolding needs.

This company did a horrific job of installing a shower in my basement bathroom. They over charged by so much. When it came to tiling they repeatedly tried to pressure me into paying an extra 3k to have them install a basic white tile. I refused and decided to tile myself (I've done it many times before) only to find they did not square off a single corner of the stand in shower. The faucets are not centered, the waterproofing layer is so sparse in places it's essentially transparent and the slope of the floor aims down into a corner instead of the drain. Modern Homecrafter did an amazing job with our bathroom remodel. From the first consultation, Artur saw my vision, provided his expertise, and provided a detailed quote that captured everything (no surprises!). Corona virus delayed the start date, but when we got back on track, his team wore masks and working with all of them was a pleasure. When I had questions, concerns, or possible changes, my requests were met with “how can we get it done?” And they DID! Remodels can be stressful and an inconvenience, but with Artur and his crew, the planning and the communication made it so much better

Very satisfied. Artur and his subcontractors provided great communication and finished product at a very reasonable price point. Modern Homecrafter listened carefully from the beginning, didn't press for additions that were unwanted (simple bathtub-tile remodel). The workers provided good suggestions, were very polite, and made requested changes without issue. I would gladly use again for any project big or small.

We had a great experience working with Arthur and his team for our kitchen remodel, which included drywall work, building of an island/cabinets, and a good amount of electrical work. They offered great suggestions for the updates, and creative ideas on how we could work within our budget. Both Arthur and Joe were both incredibly responsive throughout the process, sometimes even coming out within the hour when we had questions. We couldn't be happier with how the project turned out, and would definitely recommend Modern HomeCrafter for any work, big or small.
