Our project was finished earlier this year so it gave me time to reflect on the experience with Let's Remodel. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience with Let's remodel. They eventually got the project done and we are happy with how it turned out but the stress of working with them is not something I would recommend. I think that if you have Polina helping with communication throughout the project it could have been a much smoother process and this would have been a 5-star review. The team at Let's Remodel did a great job with our kitchen renovation, which involved significant cosmetic upgrades to what had been an outdated and dysfunctional design. Further, the kitchen is small and we were limited by the existing footprint. The team was easy to work with and stayed in communication throughout the construction process. "Let's remodel" did a complete kitchen remodel in our 40-year-old house. Originally we wanted to change only the kitchen but ended up also changing the floors in the whole first floor. We are pretty happy with the end result and the process. "Let's remodel" offers complete set of services including kitchen design, floorplans, 3D modeling that was really useful to visualize the final look. We hired Let’s Remodel to build us a new shower, but we ended up with new beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Pavel and his team helped us envision a project that would aggregate value to our soon to sell house with the least expenditure. Enter Pavel and his group- everything we had them do was completed in a professional and timely manner. We had a few tiny issues with a couple of installations and they were taken care of promptly. If we ever embark on a renovation again Pavel and Let's Remodel will be called on for sure. Don't hesitate to contact this business- highly recommended

Pavel and Rachel are an awesome team. Using the Builder Trend platform to manage my kitchen remodel, we were able to communicate and meet my expectations on my very busy schedule. We ended up not proceeding with our project due to realization that we had unrealistic budget for what we wanted to accomplish and we need to save a bid more, but we were pleased with the process of getting a bid from Let's Remodel. Pavel came on time for an appointment and we had our quote within 48 hours as was promised to us. At the meeting Pavel gave us some great ideas for the layout and technical explanations on how it can be done.

They earned this review by scheduling a quote with us, then cancelling and refusing to come out less than 24 hours before they were to be here.
He might do good work, but they obviously take things way too personally.
Their quote for a previous job was too high but we wanted to reconsider them for another job. And then they did this.

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are unprofessional and have no respect for people's time. I set up an appointment with Pavel to come give me an estimate on a job. The day he was supposed to come up, I called the office to confirm he was coming, they said that he was. Nevertheless, he never showed up or bothered to call with an explanation.

I have been very pleased with Let's Remodel. They were recommended to me by an acquaintance. In a nutshell, they provided a bid; told me what they were going to do and then did it. In more detail, they came to my rescue as we decided at the last minute to refinish our wood floors in a home that we were planning to renovate and sell. We said 'yes let's do it'; then we waffled; then reconsidered again and decided to go ahead. Let's Remodel wasn't really available, but they moved jobs around to accommodate us with very short notice. The work was beautifully done
