Poor over the phone customer service, rushed me off the phone while I was trying to help my friend ,who was working and couldn’t speak for himself, get a quote for his elderly mother who had lost her mailbox key. Being a customer service professional myself, whom ever I spoke with needs to be properly trained on phone etiquette.

I had locked my self out of my car (again xD) and called this company for help. Not only did they charge me $100 less than any other lock out service, they offered to make copies of my car key so I didn't have the issues for the future! Ken was absolutely wonderful and quick. Would recommend this service over any other!

Two times in the last month I have had to call quick key locksmith to get into my home and I’m so glad I did! Each time, they were here in less than 10 minutes and got my door open within five. It was very easy to pay with my debit card. The owner actually came to my home and he could not have been more kind or professional. His vehicle and shirt were clearly marked. Had a great experience with those guys. Looked for a locksmith in Henderson, NV. After i called, A young guy arrived in 15 minutes to my store, and gave me the lowest price iv'e heard so far (been talking to many companies). Took off the old locks and installed new commercial locks in a matter of minutes.
The guy was very professional and showed great customer service skills.

We just moved in to a new house and were looking for locksmith Henderson NV. We basically needed to replace the locks in the house and make keys.
We found "quick key locksmith" and choose them because of the great reviews they got. They truly deserve 5 stars! Ken arrived quickly and gave us a great price. As soon as we agreed, it took the guy no more than 30 minutes to finish disassemble the old locks and installing 12 new locks! he also made sure to rekey everything so it will be operated with one single set of keys.

I was visiting a friend in the city, we came back at late evening to find out her dog somehow locked the bottom lock and we are locked out side! First time this kind of thing happens to us !
