Would give a 0 or negative if I could but unfortunately can't. All very shady and just down right awful people, specifically Alex. Don't care about the customers, just the money and how much of a profit they can make. Would never in my life recommend these people. Stay away unless you want to be a part of some scheme.

We hired Remodel Magic for a remodel of our master and guest bedroom bathrooms. Robert was our consultant. He was very personable and professional and kept us updated throughout the entire process from the initial bid to job completion. He was extremely helpful with design suggestions and made sure all of our needs and concerns were addressed. We would use Lumina again and strongly recommend them to our friends.

From start to finish Remodel Magic did an amazing job with our home remodel. Most of our home was remodeled ( kitchen , bathrooms, floors...). Project managers Robert and Alex were always available for updates and remodel recommendations and were easy to work with. The 3D renderings looked like the final product. Would highly recommend.

An overall outstanding experience with Alex, Rob, Leo, and remodel magic. I'm in the real estate business, and have worked with all kinds of contractors. The price was very fair and inclusive, minimal "nickel and dime" behavior. Communication was excellent throughout, changes to the plan were promptly addressed. They respond virtually 7 days a week, at all hours. Full service, licensed team, from worker's comp to licensed elec/plumbing. There was none of the sleaziness associated with many NYC companies. Avoid this contractor! Spoke to someone over the phone named Alex. Asked me to email him with my info and details and he would reply back, and he never responded. Should have known there. Then I called him and finally setup an appointment for someone to come view my kitchen. The day came and not only did no one show up but no one even had the courtesy to call. I tried the number listed several times and no one picked up. Beyond unprofessional. Avoid this place at all means.
