We offer many options for water line materials and installation methods. Our plumbers have installed them in the ground by both excavation and boring. We have installed under homes, in crawl spaces, overhead, and through the attic when crawl space was not available. Had a leak at the water meter the water company would not fix. Acute Plumbing Care came out promptly and assessed the situation, explained the problem and solution. I appreciate the straightforward approach, the very reasonable time to repair, (water was not out at the house very long), and I can tell the leak is permanently fixed. Thank you!

I should've known when the guy walked up and I asked how his day was going, he said he had better and it was only 9 o'clock in the morning. He was rude, and kept throwing around how he was a master plumber. I tried to explain how the skirt came off around my home and he got offended, telling me that he's done this hundreds of times as a master plumber. I said I am just trying to tell you how other people have remove the skirting and he said you can get someone else to do this job . "I am a master plumber and you hired the best for a reason. You can get someone else to do the job." He was very condescending

We started off with a project to install a garbage disposal. We used a local plumbing service that we have used before. Their tech looked at the job and said that our current plumbing setup would not support the install of a garbage disposal. He explained why and left the conversation there. He did not offer a solution, he just left. We called Acute Plumbing for a 2nd opinion, they agreed with the previous plumber that our setup was not correct, but went on to offer us 2 options that would make it work.
