Fritz is very professional, showed up at arranged time, reviewed project to provide well explained project cost estimate & timetable to perform work.
Work was very well done, covered floor finishes & kept materials in owner provided area. Attention to detail of trim & chair rail painting fantastic.
Proper coatings of walls & ceiling as wanted, two coats of impeccable work.
Left the area as though he was never here & a house fairy followed him.
If a professional quality is your goal, you will be very pleased!!
He will be back here, again.

By far the rudest experience I've had simply to try to schedule a time to get an estimate done for interior paint work. The man I spoke with suggested two times, both of which I was unavailable for. He became audibly frustrated and acted inconvenienced/annoyed to have to work around my schedule. Even went so far as to hang up on me. Extremely poor customer service skills and unprofessional. With this being the introduction to his business, I would never hire or recommend him.

I recently received a bad review from a person that was looking for a job estimate. I suggested some times that I could do the estimate, but those times did not work for the prospective customer. I then asked her to give me a time that would work for her, instead of giving me a time, she told me to forget it and then hung up on me. Next thing I know, she leaves a review on my google listing stating that I was rude and have no customer skills. I have been in business since 1983 and have not had a single person tell me that I was rude and have no customer skills. I guess she was having a bad day
