If you go to my reviews you will see review for Savage 61, L&B and now KIA. My wife and I just put a deposit down for Telluride, working with Mike has been an honor. This organization does not miss, they truly roll out the red carpet for all their customers and will not let you sign paperwork until you are 100% committed and happy. This is a testament to fantastic leadership within their company, I can’t recommend Savage dealerships any more higher and hope if you are deciding where to shop you land at Savage.

Went in for an oil change. They changed the oil, so one star for that. The tech had a bad tone, but I ignored it. When the survey came out I filled it out. Ended up with the service manager sending me an email saying they did nothing wrong and everything was my fault. When I responded setting the record straight, there wasn’t a response or anything. Also, pretty sure they broke my filter door and claimed “it was broken”

Took my car in for service. I received an email for a survey and I answered it truthfully. I ended up getting an email from
the manager blaming me for them being so crappy and claimed that I asked or didn't ask for certain things. The manager can't take responsibility for anything. Will never go there again and advise others to do the same.

We were visiting from Florida and our trunk latch broke we could not close the trunk. We could not drive back to Florida with our car in this condition. I called the service department at Savage Kia and was told they would not even look at my car because they had to cancel appointments because they were working on engines. They expressed no sympathy for our dilemma. We called another Kia dealership in the area and they were able to fix it within a half hour! It was disappointing that Savage Kia would not go the extra mile for someone in this situation. How a dealership handles service is important

First visit, they left parts under my engines covering.
Second visit, the service was not well timed. Tech gave no expectations of eta. Vehicle was done a day prior to picking it up, I never got a phone call or voice mail saying it was ready.
Communication needs work.

Inquired about a 2019 Stinger GT2 that they have June 24th. Immediately received an automated email saying one of their sales team members would get back to me. Three days later nothing. This explains why they still have a 2018 and two 2019 Stingers on their lot. Good luck selling those.

I had a great experience at Savage Kia. It was my first time leasing so I had a lot of questions and Mike was great about answering all of them and walking me through the process. I never felt pressured into anything or pushed above my budget. The car I ended up leasing is everything I wanted and more. Mike was also very knowledgeable about all the features of the car and showed me how to use them. He even helped me move and install my daughter's car seat! Couldn't have imagine working with a better person and the great experience I had has definitely made me a long term costumer.

I absolutely LOVE my Sportage and all of the extras it had come with. This is my first SUV and I couldn’t have asked for a better one along with the experience and professionalism of Mike who helped make the deal as smooth and as easy as possible. He seems to love what he does and knows the Kia name so well that I don’t think I had one question to ask him once he told me all about the car.
