We utilize all available technologies from searching our own inventory to searching the vast network of quality auto recyclers across the country that we have cultivaited relationships with to make it as convenient as possible for you the customer in aquiring the part you seek.
Gene, at Village Motors Inc., returned my call very promptly and had the correct parts. Over the phone, they were able to provide the VIN to for their donor vehicle to me (for verification that the part numbers for my vehicle were the same via the dealer's parts department) prior to ordering. Shipping was fast, rates for parts were reasonable, and their customer service was excellent for this transaction.

I bought a 2019 Promaster Galaxy conversion from out of state. They met me in Columbus with the vehicle, which was really helpful. When I got home, I realized I was missing a few things, so I called and talked to Deke (I think the owner). He sent the headrests to me, I got them in less than a week, along with a note telling us he hoped we enjoyed our van. Great experience!

I decided to switch to Village Motors out of frustration with a previous Ford service center.
The service was for a routine oil change/tire rotation.
This is why I gave 5 stars:
-They scheduled me on a Saturday - convenient!
-It took a short 40 minutes - efficient!
-They explained everything that was checked and/or serviced - detailed!
-I received paperwork for my records - organized!
-The staff was courteous - amazing!
-I was able to enjoy the rest of my day - thank you!
