Services
We operate out of Lexington, near the center of the South Carolina midlands. For many years we mainly focused on project management for a handful of local development companies, building 50+ Dollar General retail stores along the east coast from South Carolina to Connecticut. In 2012 we expanded to commercial and residential remodels, repairs, and build to suit new construction in our local area of the South Carolina midlands.
Centerville Place LLC has commercial lots on US Hwy #1 (Augusta Hwy) at 112 Centerville Rd in Gilbert, SC. These lots are zoned ID (Intensive Development - Commercial) and have storm water facilities in place, ready for construction. The lots range from $38,000 to $78,000. The storm water civil engineering was completed and approved by the local county.
B3 Construction has a wide range of capabilities, and as a general contractor, a wide range of resources from our local community of subcontractors to accomplish almost any Commercial new construction project, repair, or remodel that you can imagine. The good news, if your project is beyond our scope, we won't try to stumble our way through it.
I had an idea about a building that I needed to build for a small business. Bill quickly took my vision and made a drawing and a proposal for construction of the building on a small lot that he owned. But then he offered me the house on the same property that he had recently remodeled. Of course, the house would need some additional "tweaking to house my dream" for a performing arts center.
