The project consists on a full substructure package (up to and including the ground floor slabs) for three high-rise apartment blocks providing 356 private rental apartments and 147 medium term aparthotel units across three towers. The towers are 17, 15 and 17 storeys respectively. External, internal, surface and foul drainage ranging from 100mm to 375mm diameter at a maximum depth of 4 metres.
A new multi-story carpark for Manchester Airport Terminal 1 and 3. The project is valued at 35m, the value of our contract is 3.3m. The project comprises of a 5 story, pre-cast, reinforced concrete frame building which will house 6500 cars, followed by the external works package to link the project into the existing infrastructure of the airport.
