Services
Owner, R. L. Willm Jr. has been building and remodeling houses for over 30 years. Born in Surfside Beach, SC, Lee moved to Columbia SC in 1993. He has been remodeling homes in the area since then. Lee is a licensed home builder and general contractor. He is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia, the Green Council, and the Remodelers Council.
After you've emailed your Change Order, it will then be reviewed by a member of our staff who will determine the changes needed to be made to your contract. The project manager will also review the Change Order and will make the necessary changes to the planning of your project. Depending upon the extensiveness of the Change Order, a meeting may need to be held between the homeowner and the contractor.
