CMB Services has the capacity and desire to build your project from start to finish. We have the ability and desire to self perform construction projects and feel our experience brings great understanding and value to our clients. Whether project calls for ground up construction or interior remodeling.
Our Construction Management team partners with our owners from concept "Hey, what would this mean to our community, " to actual pre-design to ribbon cutting. CMB focuses on our client's goals while aligning allocated resources strategically. We manage design to onsite construction potentially saving our owners 5-15%.
CMB looks to partner with our clients to understand their Development/Program/Project Goals. We see each project as an opportunity to improve those communities where those projects are taking place. CMB looks to ensure project dollars are reinvested in those same communities by outreaching to local contractors, service providers who can successfully perform on those projects taking place in their community.
