Stan O'Brien, President, was raised in Charleston, South Carolina where the antebellum style homes first inspired his love of architecture. That love took him to Clemson University where he studied architecture formally. He received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Architecture and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Science.
Onsite Supervision by the owner of the company insures that quality construction and careful attention to detail is followed through by everyone working on the home. 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty provides protection to the homeowner if for some reason Paradime Construction, Inc. is unable to complete the work required after closing.
We found Paradime Construction Stan O'Brian on the internet when we were still living in Missouri. We worked with him using E mails and Text messages to work out floor plans for our new home in South Carolina for over 1 year. We contracted with Paradime to replace a garage that had fallen into disrepair.

Stan is an amazing builder. Smart, responsible, and dedicated to designing and building your dream home. In addition to my home, he built my parent's home and my parents neighbors home. All three are gorgeous and well built. Years after you build, you can call Stan for referrals or advice. He truly stands by his work and is just a super nice guy.

We met Stan at the home show at the Columbia Convention Center, set up an interview and we were in. Stan was so easy to work with. He turned our design ideas into reality. Paradigm construction built our lake house in Prosperity and we could not be happier with the finished product.
