Pete and his apprentice showed up the morning after I called and immediately went to my outside unit to check it out. Then they came in (put shoe booties on!!) and went into the attic to access the furnace. It was frozen so they had to come back, and they did just a few hours later! Fixed the issue with a smile and was so helpful. Definitely will use again!

Super quick response. Diagnosed the problem (capacitors) and got us back up and running in no time. Just bought a new house and plan to use them for regular maintenance as well.

Dr P’s showed up promptly on Saturday morning after my husband and I reached out. There was no delay. We were very thankful considering it is the middle of the Summer. He immediately diagnosed the issues and got our unit up and running again in under an hour. Great work, and extremely reasonable pricing, especially for the weekend. We will definitely use again and again as we have needs.

Prompt & affordable next day service. They were able to complete the repair the same day. Thankfully we weren't pushed to replace the unit. We'll use them again when needed!

Woke up at 4:30am with no heat. Called multiple "24 hour" services. Pete called us back very quickly and scheduled a time to be over, which allowed us to at least relax. He was on time, assessed the issue, found the part. Was back in a couple hours and within 20 minutes we had a house warming party! Fair pricing, no hassle service and was very informative for us about the part he replaced, why it is important, and how it breaks. It is no wonder this business already has over a 100 google reviews with 5 stars. We finally found our HVAC guy! Thanks Pete!

I called this small local company as they have good reviews. They didn't disappoint me, the opposite, they worked all day diligently, replaced my old furnace and AC unit, cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave till they made sure that everything runs smoothly. I have personally not had any good experiences with heating and air conditioning repairs. And when your air conditioning breaks down in 96 degree weather, you want it to be fixed ASAP. He was punctual, very professional and honestly the hardest working guy I have ever hired. He came on a Tuesday and installed a new furnace by Thursday. His prices were reasonable and overall very pleased with the service he provided. I won't use anyone else going forward. So if you are looking for a new air conditioning repairman, try this guy. He just seemed to be an overall nice guy.

Peter was super polite and professional. We heard back immediately and was at our house right away. He went over the issue as well as gave us plenty of options for our budget. He laid it out in a clear and easy to understand way. The price was comparable to others but the service was above expectations. Very recommended!

Our AC went out as soon as the 90 degree days came. We contacted Pete, who was referred to us by a friend, around 6pm on a Monday night and he was at the house within 2 hours after he finished up his calls for the day. He was obviously eager to help on the phone and fixed our unit in no time at all! Great price and great service! We will definitely be going back soon since our AC needs a good cleaning too!

Dr. P's knows what they're doing. I've used this company three times now. Twice for smart thermostat installs and a furnace/ac cleaning. Can't say enough about how humble and honest this company is. Pete was out the other day to give my ancient furnace a fall check up and change the filter. He was very professional, neat and personable, we discussed about how long my furnace will last and what my energy bills were. He gave me a couple of ballpark figures for replacing the furnace and AC unit. Prices included labor, etc. The AC unit is probably as old as the furnace. He also made sure that I had a working carbon monoxide unit in my home. He did note that the bottom of the unit was starting to rust - its on a dirt floor in my (Stephen King) cellar. Pete is the best! This was the second time I've used him at my rental house. Once for the furnace in the winter. Once yesterday for the AC. My tenants called me Monday night. Pete came out to conduct "annual" cleaning of the furnace. During the cleaning, he found the ignition switch was not up to standard and told me it would need to be changed out soon. He gave me the option of wait until it went out completely or just change it out now. He would not charge me a service fee to change it out then. I went ahead and had it changed out so I would not have to worry about it.
