I hired Camelback Moving to take out some furniture that we no longer needed. They were fast, efficient and did not make any mess at all. They were in and out in the time that they told me it would take and the guys (FranK O. and crew) could not have been nicer. I recommend them to anyone needing a moving crew. And they showed up right on time which never happens. Very pleased with the service and everyone there. Chris in the office was a pleasure to work with as well.

Camelback Moving was wonderful! Very communicative with their pricing, policies and disclosures. I had a two man crew - Gilbert and Andre - and they were fantastic and friendly! Gilbert gave me a courtesy call to let me know when they'd be arriving and they arrived right as schedule and ready to go! Worked extremely quickly! We had all of our stuff in a garage and they were able to get us into our new home with driving time right at the 2 hour mark. That relieved a lot of stress! I recently used Camelback Moving to move my belongings from storage into my new home. Everything about the process was smooth and the customer service was excellent. The two-man crew that handled the move, Juan B, and Sean C, were very efficient, well-mannered and extremely professional. They completed the move in 3 hrs and exhibited great teamwork between them in doing so.

From talking with Dan on the phone this is the best move we've experienced. Nothing was broken. Entryway was covered with red carpet
Front Door jambs padded to prevent damage. We packed but they wrapped and carried it all. The 3 guys on our team were Juan, Eric and Bryant. Each one was friendly and willing to help in anyway we asked. Even when I changed my mind on placement of a few things and putting together our new tv stand. Nothing seemed too much for them. So I think the price is high but totally worth it not to have ANY damage and pleasant workers. Highly recommend them.

They are quick I will say that! The guys were nice but hasty. I packed everything snugly so nothing would get damaged and they did damage some wine glasses. They were in and out of my house quickly and on two floors to a storage unit on the second floor. I don't think the price is for the service was quite exactly what I was looking for. I had about one room full of stuff to move and moved some of my own stuff so it wasn't a full house of boxes to move. For the price I paid it wasn't worth it for me to feel unsure if something would be broken when I unpacked my boxes.

With Camelback Moving, they followed up with a customer review call, which I told them about the TV stand. No compensation or discount was given for the damage from moving the stand to the truck. As for the other company, it was a cosmetic damage. So why did pick with Camelback Moving? Frequent communication with Gabe on what we need, where and when made it seems like it's the right choice.
Not the case. They arrived at 7:45 and we were still trying to pick up the truck so the clock started for them.

We hired Camelback Movers to handle a critical move for us. The 3 person crew of Gilbert, Mario and Miguel did an amazing job packing our 20ft cargo container. Not a lot to of companies have experience packing moving containers, but this crew was very professional and the level of experience and care for our goods was top notch. I sold my house in March 2021, I previously had used a few other movers in AZ but things always ended up broken or missing or filthy. I called several moving companies before finally choosing Camelback Moving. Best decision of this whole process. Paid to move out of our last 3000sf house, store things for 3 months, and move us into new house. Office staff and movers all friendly and very communicative. Competitive prices (I did a lot of research beforehand). Everyone arrived and finished as scheduled. They were careful not to damage the homes (door frames, floors, etc.). My issue was the actual handling of the boxes and pieces. Several boxes came back crushed, some of the more sensitive furniture pieces (like inexpensive bookshelves) were damaged. I had used Camelback moving three times since my move to the Valley in 2006, including once for moving my Dad into independent living in town from Black Canyon City. Always thought of them as the best in the business so I didn't even bother shopping around for my most recent move--a logistic puzzle that included a double closing date--meaning I had to be out on 8/18, stop at storage for furniture I was giving away to a friend, store my belongings overnight and a move-in to my new condo the next day.

These guys are AMAZING! They were right on time, 8:00AM on the dot. Morales led a crew of 2 guys who were very respectful and hard working, they literally didn't stop! Last movers I had took about 7 hours for the same amount of work, these guys took 2.5 hours and that included driving 30 minutes to unload in a storage unit AND go drop a few pieces at my new house.
I felt like I got such a great deal as they charge per hour and they were so fast I actually saved money! I even asked them to move some large appliances I forgot to mention on the initial estimate and instead of being annoyed

These guys did a great job. Moved all my stuff out of a 2 bedroom condo into a house about 15 mins away in 3 hours. Not the cheapest moving service, but given previous experience it was worth the extra cost. No broken door frames, items, etc that has happened with previous moves. I would use them again and would definitely recommend. I also appreciated they were on time and called to let me know they were on the way. The guys were really nice too!

We moved on 06/17/21 and had Juan and Donald for our move. These two guys are great! Super friendly and communicative! Some of our furniture already had dings on it and they would make us aware before moving it just to make sure we knew they didn't damage anything(we have old furniture). They literally rolled out a red carpet at our new home and unloaded everything super quick. Our move overall took about 5 hours from Tempe to Coolidge. This was our first time using movers and I was so nervous about the cost but our estimate was nearly spot on for the end total and we were incredibly satisfied

Update: I have now used this company twice, and the 2nd time was FANTASTIC! Not only were they able to squeeze me in on a weekend during a popular time- even a slight delay with truck mechanics didn't stop them from showing up (still on time!) and handling everything flawlessly.
Jim & Tim deserve 10 stars! They were friendly, respectful, efficient, great personalities who were extremely professional but also a lot of fun to tackle the move with.
