For the team at Urban Reclamations our best days are spent standing inside an old barn or building, taking note of the building timbers that are old growth, possibly hundreds of year's old, yet still stand proud. These timbers have unique patina that only Mother Nature could paint and when handled with skill and craftsmanship create one-of-a-kind, conversation pieces for your dining pleasure.
Our orders typically take about 3 weeks to fill and ship. We will contact you if we expect any changes to this timeline and will provide shipping documentation to you as soon as we have it. Our products ship directly to your door. We attempt to keep shipping charges as absolutely low as possible, which provides the maximum value to the customer.

The experience left me frustrated for sure, but primarily just confused. I contacted multiple furniture makers and ended up choosing UR after visiting their location. I ordered a table and paid for it in full on Aug 3. The first red flag was unresponsive and slow communication. Here’s what I emailed them regarding specs (this will be important later):
08/03/20: “Can you give me a rough sketch of what the finished product would look like? I want to make sure there's no ambiguity or points of confusion. I included my own sketch attached. Please call me when you have a chance.”

I have never given a negative review before, but this company has terrible customer service. My table is beautiful, but it was damaged on delivery. I have left 10-15 messages requesting assistance repairing the table, and no response. The corner looks like a dog chewed on it. I don't mind that it was damaged - accidents happen...but the delivery person said "don't worry, they will fix this for you." No response, no assistance with fixing it, and no instructions for how to fix it myself.
