I was able to schedule an estimate appointment quickly and easily and I was given a reasonable quote. We scheduled a time to install laminate flooring within a couple of days and the installation was completed within 5-6 hours (about 450 sq ft). The floor looks amazing. Very poor installation every piece of wood they cut with their dull saw was burnt While they were cutting wood They caught my grass on fire The house smelled burnt when they were done with the installation And all the wood they installed is warping none of it is flat !

We wanted 600 ft2 of porcelain tile installed in our living room, hallway, and in 2 bedrooms. Arthur's Flooring came in with a very competitive quote, and we put down 10% to hold the construction date. On the Friday before the expected start of construction, I called them to confirm that all was "on" - it took a lot longer than expected to get an answer, but the end result was "yes, we begin Monday at 8.30am". Had my stairs refinished with Arthur's Flooring! After accepting the bid Arthur scheduled Poly and his crew to start on the job. While in the sanding stage of the stairs they sent me a picture of a sample of the stain I provided, and the outcome did not come out to what I imagined. So Poly and his crew gave me some recommendations and I went ahead with the sample they sent me. I love my stairs as they did an awesome job!

We chose Arthur's Flooring based off of the positive reviews and the fact that their bid was very reasonable. They came while we were out of town, and they removed all the furniture for us. We received daily updates on the progress including pictures. We arrived back into town just as they were finishing up, and I saw them wipe down and vacuum everything as they cleaned up and moved the furniture back in. The experience overall was very seamless. The initial consult was easy to set up and we received a reasonable estimate very quickly. Our entire place contained carpet, which we replaced with vinyl. My wife and I just bought our house and needed the carpeting upstairs replaced. I urgently needed to remove the carpet and install laminate wood floor for two bedrooms. Having shopped around and asked for three different quotes, Odes from Arthur's Flooring offered the best bang for the buck.

I called Arthur's on Sunday afternoon and received a call back within 30 minutes. I was asked to drop by the store, met with Odes, picked the material and we went back to the house so I could get a personalized estimate.

Two days later, Odes' crew arrived to my place to do the job. The outcome was better than expected and they offer a one year warranty on the labor.
