This company has the worst customer service and management style of any sort of business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unfortunately, their product is the only product around, and their attitude towards its customers shows it. Not only are they rude and disconcerting about their customers, but their employment practices are illegal and terroristic. I have reported them to the local BBB as being non-compliant in their hiring and interviewing procedures as they bully and harass potential employees into fleeing the property if they do not comply with what is a non-job related requirement

Great product. The 3/16" elephant bark is used on my model train O gauge layout for roadbed. Easy to cut with a utility knife (3 scores), or hacksaw. Makes the train very quiet. Easy to glue things to it using Liquid Nails Interior Projects, or Gorilla construction adhesive (heavy duty, ultimate or Max Strength).

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. The ordering process was simple enough, but when the packages arrived the products had been haphazardly tossed into a giant cardboard box, resulting in many damaged pieces. On top of that, when I tried to get replacements sent, it was a comedy or errors - of the 5 replacements I requested, only 2 were sent, then they sent another 1 when I asked for the rest, then basically ignored me. We ended up splicing together various pieces to replace the defective items. I regret the decision to purchase from them and hope that no one else has to go through this experience

We got the black commercial rubber flooring mat for our gym. It smelled very rubbery on the first day, but after airing it out, the smell was pretty much gone. Works great, didn't even need to glue it, we just cut it as needed and put it onto the concrete after taking out the old flooring. I thought they'd always be cold because of the concrete, but that was only after freshly unrolling the rubber. After it sat for a while, the rubber didn't seem to be abnormally cold or anything of the sort.

Coin Grip 4 ft. x 5 ft. Black Commercial Grade PVC Flooring : I did a rear seat delete in my Tacoma, and installed a plywood base in back in place of the seats. Wanted to cover the plywood with something that would help keep things from sliding around and also be a little weather resistant/easy to clean. This flooring material was perfect! It is thin and easy to work with, but tough. The non slip properties are great. Helps keep all my gear in place, and is easy to clean up. Looks real good too!

They answer the calls right away and connect you to a salesperson. Tina was very helpful and explained the products well. Other than I have to call a couple of times to get a pick up date for my order, I think everything went well. They tried their best to accommodate their costumer. Overall it was a good experience purchasing from this company. I think the price is reasonable and the product is great for my home gym project.

We ordered $400 worth merchandise
We didn't received the order in time.
We called the company to ask questions and they never gave us a straight answer.
I wanted to return 3 mats that didn't fit properly for our needs and it took them 1 week to give us a RMA number.
When i called to give them back their product ,they said i had to pay the shipping which was $100 to ship the item back to them.
The material was very poor quality.
I would be satisfied if they can take the mats back at their own expense.

TERRIBLE. Don't do business with this company if you're on a schedule. I ordered rubber tiles 11 days ago for pickup and they shipped it! Not only did they ship it they won't fix it to be picked up. I got a notification that it was shipped 3 days after submission but it's day 11 and FEDEX still hasn't received the package from the warehouse. I get the same answer "it looks like it's shipped and will be there tomorrow" 6 days in a row. Still haven't received my tiles. They don't care and not worth your money.

Definitely would recommend using this company. I purchased flooring for an equipment exercise room. They immediately contacted me and told me that the selection was our of stock, however, they offered me a comparable product with a higher price point at the same price of my original order. That's what I call service. Definitely recommend them This review is pre-delivery. Another review will follow post delivery.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
I'm heartbroken. After searching online and finding what appeared to be the perfect rubber for our play area, a COMPLETELY different color arrived. I even spoke to Matt Ford directly when placing my order and told him I was excited to find this shade of blue. He informed me that the ramps were black because that's the only color ramps they have, I told him I was shocked because they appeared to be a matching blue online, but I would settle for blue tiles and black ramps.

Please beware of shady salesmen. They take your words and twist them around to make it look like you agreed to purchases when you actually did not. Then sent out the product without my consent to my customer and waited a month a billed be for over $500.00 more than the quote was. I sent an email asking what they actually did ship out and never received an answer. When you call and ask what happened they say we never received the email and you are authorized to bill your credit card.

Unfortunately I've had a negative experience much like several other reviewers. Placed an order for some max tough rubber flooring. Received a fedex shipping notification saying the product will arrive 2 days later. 4 days later and no product. After approximately 4-5 phone calls to rubbercal over the following 2-3 days someone is finally able to tell me that my product can't be shipped via Fedex (which by that point I know b/c I also placed 2 calls to fedex to confirm what was going on from their end) and they will be selecting a shipping company to send it, but they don't know

Do not use them. Sent me a mat that said it protects floors from water damage and is waterproof and good for doggy daycares. Had the mat for 2 months under a play pen that my puppy barely peed in bc he had a pee mat. I checked it because it was retaining smell which means its absorbing liquid..Low and behold, water damage.
customer service made every excuse in the book. They repeated themselves and blamed user error. Every time I refuted them, they just repeated themselves. And after reading customer reviews and reviews of the company by employees, (check glassdoor) I can see the owner is terrible

Ordered a boot scraper coir mat as a Christmas gift. We have had a similar mat at our entryway for years and it really comes in handy during the fall and winter. This mat is even better quality, made well, and will be a functional accessory for the doorway. Shipping was quick and on time. Great product!

Rubber-Cal (aka rubber-cal.com, floormatcompany.com, coirmat.com, sheetrubber.com, ducting.com, et. al.) is a reseller of rubber/synthetic sheeting, ducting and flooring materials. There aren't many warehouses selling these products, or they aren't very easy to find. There are good things about Rubber-Cal, but they screwed up my first order and have some really weird policies.
