This company is fantastic. There was an issue with the lock on an interior door and we purchased a new lock to have installed. After three lock companies either wanted too much money for a service call or just plain no-showed, a call to Liberty was placed and Gloria had a tech dispatched and at the house within two hours. What we liked about Liberty was that prior to arriving they send a text with the tech's picture on it, so we knew he was on his way and what he looked like. That was great. Brian was very nice, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the lock fixed in

I have a Liberty gun safe(No relation to this company) that the electronic lock stopped working. It is about 10 years old and it wasn't the battery, I changed it with several new batteries. I called another company and a sketchy guy called wanted a text picture of the safe and finally came out and made me feel really uncomfortable. He wanted $600 to maybe see of a new mother board would fix it.

Knowledgeable staff. I walked in with a faulty key fob and left with it working like new - less than ten minutes later. 'Good service at a fair price' has always been my experience at Liberty. In addition, they have quite a selection of fine safes in their clean, comfortable showroom and of course a great key service Highly recommended!

I'm writing a review for Daren who stopped to help me yesterday when the lift for my brothers wheelchair lift snapped off my truck.
He absolutely did not have to stop to help but he did. NO WAY I could have gotten the wheelchair back up without him.

I want to say how Brandon from this company went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I came in needing my Key Fob's reprogrammed and he did it with no hesitation and very quick. He said it would take at least 20 to 25 minutes but it didn't take that long. He was willing to help with a smile on his face. Customer service was excellent. I give this company a A+ rating!

The GOOD. Open on Saturdays til 5pm AND it's a stand alone building I can walk into =)
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly...unlike lowes or home depot staff...just saying.
I didn't know if my ignition key that snapped in half could be duplicated or not, but they assured me that they would do their best to make a new one...whew what a relief.
The store is actually kinda cool because it's not just keys but locks, safes, hardware for doors.

I had Liberty Lock and Security install a new safe in our home. Brian was the installer and did a fantastic job.
The process was super easy and the safe is just amazing, yes I know it is a giant steel cabinet, but this thing has technology, lighting and its plush inside!
Now I just have to find something valuable to put in it :)

Beware ! Also goes by Gene's lock and key. Worst non-service ! I called mid week to set up a home re-keying for Saturday at 2pm. I received a call at noon stating the tech was backed up and it would be closer to 3pm, ok I was flexible. 230 rolls around and the tech Ricardo, calls and states he is still running behind and it would be closer to 5. I've already wasted my afternoon, so at this point, sure. 5pm comes and I text Ricardo and he says he's the only one working, could not give me an ETA and didn't think he could come today. Without question the best Locksmith I have ever used. We were in a bind on my daughter's Van. It was a rather complicated situation and other locksmiths I had called would have either taken too long and cost way too much or didn’t even know how to solve the issue as it was an older vehicle. Liberty Lock and Security were 1/2 the cost and super quick I will only use them going forward thanks again, guys. :)
