Awesome service and very quick to respond for an appointment. I had a repair carpet stretching to my carpets and the company did an excellent job explaining the services and how it would be done at a reasonable price. Even gave an estimate for future carpet replacement. I would highly recommend their services.

JR did a great job installing new carpet in my rental property. The best part was how quickly he was able to get everything done. I was in a real bind trying to get it all done within a week. I was panicking. I was having terrible luck dealing with Lowes and so i looked up JRs and gave him a call. I don't live very close to my rental so it's so hard for me to arrange anything. I called on a Thursday afternoon. He literally went to my house within an hour of our phone call to take measurements and give me an estimate. Everything was completed over the phone , he texted me photos of samples

Work is mediocre and cost is too high compared to other companies. He understood that I was not on site and a tenant would be present. Although he knew that I would be making all decisions, JR talked to my tenant and pretty much painted the picture that the tenant moved into a crap hole. JR was unprofessional and had no discretion at all. JR tried to stretch the carpet in all rooms to earn more money even though I specifically asked him to work on only two specified rooms. I guess he figured that it he painted the picture that the house was in shambles, my tenant would ask for more work to be

Please do not use this company because they over charge and the quality of work is poor. when you call back for resolution they refuse to talk instead hang up. they burned my carpet and left seams open rather tack down as instructed by insurance company. I feel they get an "F" for customer service and quality.
