I never write reviews but my experience here at westside bath was so amazing that i had to. Sheila (the owner)Â Â is the sweetest and most helpful person. She goes above and beyond to help you with everything you need. Highly professional and organized she knows exactly what needs to be done and does it in a flash. I am a super type A person and i never had to worry for a second with Sheila. I let her take full reign. Her prices are AMAZING and her selection is absolutely breathtaking. The one saleswoman there yesterday wasn't wearing a mask inside! I called in advance to let her know we were coming to look at one particular bathtub. We walked in, she was on the phone, and wasn't wearing a mask while we were in the same room. She finally put a mask on when she came to talk to us. I found her to be impolite and dismissive in our brief conversation about this one particular bathtub. Run!! This place is a disaster. Sheila that runs the place is COMPLETELY CHAOTIC and unprofessional. She continually delayed and made mistakes on my orders. She lost my payment checks. She sent many other customers orders to my address. ALL of my orders were late as she forgot to initiate them. She sold me items claiming they had a warranty, however, hasn't provided me with detailed paid invoices so that I can address issues. I really don't know how this place is still in business.

Sheila is a SWEETHEART! I've been building my home for the past year (which hasn't been the easiest). I was told to visit Westsidebath by a friend and it was the most pleasant part of the process. Sheila insisted on coming to my job site and talking to the contractors to make sure everything on her end went perfectly. The bathrooms and kitchens are almost done and it looks wonderful! 10/10 experience

We spent three hours in the store placing an order for our entire house. At first we thought service was great and that they would be organized enough to have our order done and ready since our renovation was still months out from being done.
I have now been back to the store about 10 times to pick up missing parts or get replacement parts for items that were the wrong finish. Any time I call they say they'll call me back and they don't. Any time I go in, they haven't ordered the items that they said they have that I'm there to pick up and I've had to sit in the store

I tore apart and renovated my guest house and home about a year ago. I am so thankful I was referred here. The best part about this is you get a two in one deal. Sheila is both an interior designer and the business owner so she really knows her stuff. Everytime I saw a photo or some inspiration, I showed her a photo and she showed me 15 options of similar items she could order me until I found exactly what I was looking for. This has been the best experience I've had. The owner is this sweet and fun hearted lady who has so much experience under her belt and will work so hard to bring your vision to reality. I have sent my sister and my husbands friend to this showroom for appliances and everyone has raved about the amazing experience we have. I bought a few appliances from here about 5 years ago and it was a super easy process. I recently moved so I renovated 4 of the bathrooms in my new home these past few months. I've never been so insulted. If you want someone to talk down to you by all means go to Westside Bath. I stopped by for some bath inspiration and when I started asking questions about options for an alcove bathtub or drop in/ undermount bathtub the salesperson said "don't say alcove" and "it means you don't want to spend money." I came into this establishment looking for a sink bowl and a faucet, I noticed Sheila waiting on a customer so I patiently waited till she finished, once she helped me out I explained to her what I was coming in for and she told me she had it in stock, while in the middle of her helping me out, she went ahead and got on the phone she left me standing in the middle of the floor. I was looking for a shower head and 30 min later I had what I was looking for. Sheila was wonderful and very helpful with their selections and quality. Sheila assured me that if I don't like the way the shower head works I can return it for a full refund. I walked by this business many times since I live in the neighborhood. When it was time to remodel my bathroom I walked in and met the owner Sheila. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for in the new bathroom. The end result is just gorgeous! My contractor recommended Westside Bath. They have a great selection, but best of all the service is awesome. Sheila was so helpful. sometimes even recommending merchandise that was less expensive but totally perfect for my needs. It creates trust and repeat clientele. I am just starting a remodel. I am definitely going back.
