Control Temp Heating & Air Conditioning

Couldn't get my heat pump to come on but the ac would. Back in June the ac wouldn't come on. Had my home warranty send a repairman, took two weeks to show up! Installed a new thermostat. Apparently he new nothing about heat pumps, changed the wiring on the unit. Control temp came out the same day I called, fixed the wiring and now I have heat, and ac too. Wonderful company!!!

Jeff, the technician that worked on our AC was an absolute pro. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with our unit quickly and explained the steps that he would be performing to fix it. He brought an absolute dud of a machine back to life. Would give 50 stars if I could. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and had everything finished even quicker than estimated.

This company is GREAT!! Called when our a/c quit working. Marjorie got a tech out quickly. They gave us an option to repair or replace. Since our unit was over 20yrs we opted for a new unit. Over the weekend I realized my furnace was not working as the house was very chilly and blowing cold air. I turned if off and Monday morning called Control Temp and they came out that afternoon and showed me that there had been a fire in the furnace and I needed a new one. I cannot recommend Control Temp enough. In November my heater went out and in Yucaipa it dips down there at night. Evan came out to fix my heater. He was awesome! Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable, completely impressed! Review update - Control Temp has been annually servicing my a/c for quite a few years, but when it showed signs of giving up, it was time to shop for a more efficient and energy saving hvac system. Seven companies gave quotes, and I found Control Temp's quote to be very competitive for an upgraded system. John worked with me to get just the kind of thermostat I wanted and recommended a modification of the ducting to get more air flowing to a room that really heats up in summer. I just moved to Redlands from L.A. and my furnace needed replacement in my new home. I am so impressed with the high caliber of customer service this company has. They came to my house and these guys know exactly and with accuracy what the problem is. They were here on time and worked very professional. Just wanted to get this positive review out in the public arena. I have used Control Temp twice on 2 different systems and have been very happy. It's important to let you know about my first contact with them in 2012 when I had them come look at my AC in a home. This company definitely earned it's name, control temp, and the all 5 star ratings. Our house is comfortable year round now. Our heater motor went out last year and they were recommended to us. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very thorough. They came last month for the annual check our heating and A/C equipment service call. This is not your typical "Big Box" A/C company that is going to try and "nickle and dime" and come of with random "repairs" that are needed to the unit. They are honest, fair, and strive to get the AC/Heating unit up and running in the most cost efficient manner. We have been using them for years and they are extremely honest and trustworthy.

I have only ever had excellent service from Control Temp - no matter which employee has been sent to our house they have always taken care of the service issue and have done so quickly and professionally.

Control Temp helped with my my old 120 year old house! It has horrid heating and cooling, and they were able to give me a specific two zoned heater and cooler that has helped make it Much better! I researched the products they used and its all top of the line with super high efficiency! None of that older stuff. The thermostats they used were wireless ones and you are able to take them and move them with no wires, which is neat. The compressor outside was also much quieter then the older ones we had out there. I was excited they also could match the look of an old house using old grates and grills
