43 five star reviews can't be wrong. Add #44. Tim and his crew and the people at inland Valley heating and air conditioning were great to work with. Tim came out gave me a great quote with the manufacture that I wanted, American standard, so that it would match my American Standard toilets. I got multiple quotes from all the names around the IE. Inland valley I'm happy to say was the lowest, not by much, but the lowest. The service and quality I received made it much easier to write that check for a new package unit and duct system. Inland valley scheduled all paperwork and permits

Best HVAC company in the Inland Empire! This is the second time they have come to work on our old system. Tim is such a nice guy, last summer he quoted us a price for repairs and when his technician came a few days later we were accidentally overcharged. We did not even notice, but Tim noticed and called us up to refund us. We will only ever work with Inland Valley Heating and Air.

Everything was exceptional and the communication was clear and direct. Quote was clear and direct and was equal to a family friend who works on our family's rentals. Fast and response and great work. Josh came fixed my AC the morning following my quote request on Yelp. Kept it going while a new fan motor was in order and it just barely died last night and Josh was at my house the following morning with the new motor. Highly recommend these folks and they will remain my main heating and AC guys.

Tim was extremely helpful in getting us a quote and installing our system. Tim came back with a very quick and reasonable quote that provided top of the line equipment at less than anyone else I got quotes from. Installation was quick, tidy, and took only a day for a full system swap.

I highly recommend Inland Valley Heating and Air Conditioning. They gave us a repair window of 9:00-11:00am. Josh, our technician, called ahead to let us know he was on the way and arrived promptly at 9:00am. He diagnosed the problem with our unit and fixed it right away.
Josh, and the company are super honest and transparent. They kept us informed every step of the way and actually charged us less for the repair than the original estimate.

I just had my HVAC system replaced by Inland Valley Heating and Air Conditioning in Yucapia and am very happy with the results. The cost was neither the highest nor the lowest, somewhere in the middle. Customer service was excellent, including a few extras not in the original plan. I called in Tuesday morning to see when I could get someone out to look at our heater. I wasn't expecting a same day appointment, but that's what I got. Tim arrived right on time. He was very polite and went right to work. He knew the problem and how to fix it within a few minutes. I had heat!! If the problem comes back within 30 days, they'll come back out for free and check it.
Tim called us the next day to make sure our heater was still working. Excellent customer service!

It has been really cold and my heater wasn't putting out hot air. I felt like the company I had used in the past was over charging. I decided to call around the local area and I used yelp for the reviews. The first company I contacted was Inland Valley Heating and Air. Tim was extremely nice and to my surprise told me he would be at my house within the next 4 hours. He arrived early and was waiting when I arrived. We talked about my past AC problems and he was extremely knowledgeable. He went right to work and had my unit fixed quickly. He was extremely nice and full of information

Top notch service. Tim is a great guy ... friendly and knowledgable. Prices were reasonable and work quality was excellent. These guys are punctual. When they say they are coming at 7:30 am, they are coming at 7:30 am. They were outside our house prepping their equipment at 7am, ready to ring the doorbell at 7:30 am. We had three HVAC units installed and we could not be happier. The city inspector commented that it was one of the cleanest installations she has ever seen! We highly recommend this company.

Update: Inland Valley's Heating and Cooling Experts are the only people we use now- for regular service and if we have an issue! You won't be disappointed!

Absolutely the best around! Reliable, honest, dependable, trustworthy and really prompt. The staff are so professional and very nice to work with. We have had to have them out a couple times this year for our A/C and my parent's A/C and they are just top notch! We will always call Inland Valley Heating & Air to continue to get the best service we have ever had!!!
