We also involve, where appropriate, consultants such as kitchen designers, professional engineers, etc. to assist with the team to deliver outstanding results.A complete set of "as-built", or existing construction, drawings are essential to the initiation of an architectural project. I will completely measure and document, with notes and photographs, all of the existing conditions that are relevant to the project.
This includes the existing structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical/lighting systems, the existing materials and finishes, and any historical elements that could be pertinent. Site conditions, such as any easements or the location of existing trees and other landscape features, are important to the planning of any project.
