Do not use this fence company! They used less than quality lumber on our cedar fence and knew it before they even put it up. We have splits running the full length of the 2 x 6 cap on the top of our fence, our gate was falling apart and they refuse to even return my calls or emails concerning the repairs. There are so many fence companies to choose from, do yourself a favor and pick anyone other than Western Fence Co. Inc.

I worked with Kamren for our fence needs in Utah. He was very professional and provided the expertise/knowledge we required. We had them build a 3 rail ranch style fence and added 2x4 inch wire to keep the dog in. We used 6x6 posts and 2x6 rails. This was built strong and looks fantastic. They kept the lines straight and the fence level. I was very impressed with the two gates they provided. The frame was a light weight metal with the 2x6 rails attached. The gate is very light/strong and I don't expect it to ever sag. Kamren made sure this project met my needs and followed his detailed notes that

Outstanding service and workmanship. I started my fence company search by reaching out to friends and neighbors. I narrowed my choices down to three then obtained quotes from them. After reviewing the bids I dropped one contender who didn’t remove the old fence post concrete. The quotes were all very similar. I went out and compared a fence line from each company. Western Fence won hands down on visual comparison. The additional deciding factors included the use of aluminum fasteners (my old fence has galvanized rusted out fasteners), nicer grade of fence pickets, standard 6” beveled treated

5 years ago when we worked with Mark, he was great! But he's not there anymore and now we have, Steve. I have been out of the office since March so imagine my surprise when I call to schedule a service appointment and am met with "it's not worth our time to go out there when you don't want to fix anything." Apparently, while I was out, a technician had been out to service our gate maybe 2 or more times. A "list of fixes" was given to whoever was at the office and we never scheduled a repair. I checked with my team and no physical list was ever given, no quote for repairs or replacements. It was

I had a poor experience with this company. The fence was not what I expected and the craftsmanship of the fence is poor. Mike (salesperson) was not patient and not accommodating to me and my concerns. I respectfully push back on asking for my fence to be fixed to my liking and Mike hung up the phone. It was denied by both him and his manager but is a deflection on their part. I will not use or recommend this company. There’s better quality fences, with better customer service at cheaper prices than this company.

I called two weeks ago for repair of an old wood gate and possibly to replace my wrought iron gate, they sent out Albert Williams on Wednesday that week, all went well, however, in speaking with my uncle he suggested taking off the wrought iron gate and just painting it. So I texted Mr. Williams back and asked for the estimate on the wood gate, he responded but never sent it. I've texted him several times since and no response! I guess he was banking it all on the wrought iron fence and now doesn't want to do the work. I find this to be so unprofessional. With that type of attitude they'll never

Our builder used this fence company for our new build. Less than a year after our move-in date, both gates have sagged. One gate had to have two call-outs to be fixed. The other gate had to get fixed due to a soil settling issue, but now has been misaligned and does not latch. Western Fence has told me: I need to use more strength to close it (I'm a small person, but I can lift and carry 50 lbs) and I need to be patient, since call-backs are not high priority. This was in mid-August, after multiple calls since emails and single calls went unanswered for weeks. It is now November, and our gate still

Three years ago Western Fence built a fence to protect the pool at Ashford Hills subdivision. This fence was found to have pickets with gaps greater than 4 inches by the posts by the City of Houston pool inspector who shut the pool down. Western Fence fixed this problem. This year another pool inspector has found other pickets space with more than 4-inch gaps and shut the pool down again.
DO NOT USE WESTERN FENCE FOR POOL PROTECTION!
