A lot of unique pieces here but quality can differ based on the item, so I would definitely come and try things in person before buying. The staff is friendly and gives you space if you want it. Pricing feels inconsistent to me (a $4,000 decorative door next to a $200 decorative ladder, neither one looking particularly sturdy) but overall, it's pretty affordable.

Yes they have beautiful furniture, however, my experience 5 years ago was not good and I am reminded everyday I go home. I had special ordered a chair and sofa with the chaise on the end. I ordered it specifically with chaise on the right side because of the size and design of my living room. I also hired the to deliver which was quite a drive. … They held while my house was being remodeled. Time for delivery and they charged 300 when they arrived it was pouring down rain and the owners son and an employee brought it in the back of a pickup covered in plastic. It was fine when they brought

I am a huge fan of Primitives! My husband and I have been looking for a live edge dining table for years. When we visited the store we found one that was one piece of solid wood, uncommon because most of the tables have several pieces of wood placed together.
The team also helped me find custom chairs and we designed a few chairs together. Finally we bought a custom live edge entry table and a cow hide rug. The store has excellent customer service and very high-quality furniture. Buy from here and your furniture will last a lifetime

We had the most amazing experience with Travis helping us find the perfect master bed for our space!!! The show room is full of one of a kind pieces of furniture and beautiful art and decor. The toughest part of the afternoon was not buying 20 other things I was in love with on the showroom! Go visit Travis, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

We have shopped at Primitives for the last 13 years. This includes furnishing two different homes. I highly recommend Primitives and especially Travis for his talent in making the vision come to life as well as presenting different ideas. I stopped in on a whim and got the most excellent service from Travis. He helped me figure out what I was looking for in a sofa (leaning back in relaxation rather than leaning forward in conversation), even to the point of us both realizing that their store didn't have what I’m looking for.
