The Khazana is a family owned furniture store, located in Austin, Texas. Meaning "Treasure" in Hindi, The Khazana offers a wide array of eclectic home furnishings. We travel for months at a time to India, Pakistan, Tibet, Mongolia, and Morocco in search of the original "makers" passed down through generations.
We are also partnered with Four Hands Furniture, Arteriors, and a few other distributors who reflect our view of the craftsmanship, eco-friendly, and uniqueness we look for in our products. Orders will either ship UPS ground or will be a curbside delivery or drop-shipment, via a third-party freight/LTL company. Inside deliveries (White Glove) or Threshold deliveries are an option, but must to be rate-quoted prior to shipping. I'm new to the city and have been looking for a high quality solid wood bed for my new home. After days of searching, I couldn't find anything online that would come soon due to shipping/supply chain issues.
Finally, I found the Khazana! They have a lovely selection of high quality items right here in my city! I used their chat support and was connected to Dennis, who was an amazing help! He helped me by sending me pictures of what items were in stock and available for home delivery within two days! He was patient and helpful while I browsed the website until I found what I wanted.

I originally started shopping for an office chair back in March 2020, soon discovering that was the worst time to be looking for one, with so many people starting to work from home. I had a very specific chair I wanted, only to find it was out of stock at most places. It finally came back in stock at Wayfair, so I ordered it at the beginning of July and am still waiting for it now (end of September 2020) after two postponed delivery dates. My wife and I are particular and had a lot of questions regarding a piece we were interested in - The Everett Arden Dining Table. When we moved to Austin last year, we were looking for stores with unique items at reasonable prices. We discovered the downtown Khazana on Lamar and the lady at the store was lovely and helpful. We returned home to browse more inventory online and liked a coffee table. We called and placed the order the next morning. We were told that the table was actually on display at this location so we drove out here to see it.
The person in the store was extremely rude and disrespectful, loudly sighing any time we asked a question. He refused to leave his lounging at his desk so I had to walk up to him

I was looking for the Greta king bed frame by Four Hands and when none of my local stores had it, I went in search of it online. The Khazana had it in stock and with free shipping! I worked with Dennis via email, who kept me updated on the status of the order and delivery. When I had a small issue with a piece of the bed, I reached out to Dennis and he handled my claim personally and expeditiously.

I recently order a large Four Hands sectional from Dennis at The Khazana. He provided an awesome price (the lowest I could find anywhere) and great customer service (prompt, knowledgeable and courteous). The sectional arrived today, about one week after I ordered it (I live in California). It arrived in perfect condition. What a great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Upon entering the Lamar location, a girl sitting behind the desk looked up at us then back down at her computer. She said nothing to us. As we proceeded through the store she just sat at the desk smacking her gum. We left the store without ever being acknowledged! I contacted the main office to share our experience and received prompt, courteous, and great customer service from Mikayla and Alex; after which, I did choose

We had nothing but great service and quick delivery. Alex was knowledgeable and responsive. The table we ordered is also available from a high end conglamerate store. That particular store would have needed 12 wk lead time due to the specialty status of the table. Khazana had one in stock and 1 week later it was delivered for free to our home in Houston. Could not ask for a better circumstance. We are really pleased and are already looking for new products to design our home. Thank you Khazana for a brilliant flawless transaction!!

Our experience purchasing our new Papa Bear chair at The Khazana was incredible! The store has a great variety of mid century furniture with the best quality and with the most reasonable prices. This store is like an Austin's hidden treasure of furniture and home accesories, you will find pieces there that you cant find anywhere else here in Austin and the costumer service was great as well, they are helpful and you do not feel rushed or pressured. We were in the market for a quality dresser for a reasonable price. Seems simple enough, but those two requirements together are a rarity as we found out after many stops on the furniture store circuit in Austin. Then we stumbled across Khazana and their wonderful selection of eclectic and high quality furnishings. Buying chairs and having them shipped through Khazana was an effortless experience. The personalized customer service was incredible. I had to search many sites to find the exact chairs I had seen in a local shop and was hesitant to order online since I'm in California. The owner was extremely helpful and personable and actually had moved from Santa Barbara, so he was very familiar with our area. I'm very glad to have ordered from a family owned operation and not a national firm. Everything arrived quickly and was packaged well with no damage. Khazana is awesome.

This is the best place to shop for quality, eclectic furniture at great prices in Austin. My wife and I have purchased the following pieces from Khazana: A completely unique 7.5 foot tall, hand made, hardwood media cabinet. A large side board made with reclaimed antique doors from India.
