Arborist Care Tree Service

We needed some trees removed and got their phone number from our next door neighbor. They came as promised and the crew did a great job removing the trees and cleaning up the debris.
The price is fair and the crew is professional.

They really care for their customers and go above and beyond when it matters. When we had an emergency, they came out despite the extremely cold weather and helped stabilize the situation until they could get a crew out to clear up the mess.

Ron seems like a great guy, and I'm sure he does good work based on other reviews, but I think he may need some help on the back end with scheduling and follow-up. He told me I didn't need to be home when he came out to do the estimate on a Saturday. Over a week later I hadn't heard from him, and he didn't leave or mail an estimate, so I called. He was familiar with my property so I know he came out, but never followed-up. During that call, he stated he would be out the following day (today) after 3:30 and he would call 30min prior, to go over the estimate in person. At 5pm I called both his work

Ron and his crew did a great job removing a sweet gum tree from my yard. The reasonable cost and the quality of work will be hard to beat. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome from a tree removal service company.

Ron and his group did an outstanding job at our home. Their rates for tree and stump removal were extremely reasonable. They removed three trees at our property. We had an emergency as one of the trees fell on our neighbors fence. He went out of his way and helped us immediately in carefully removing that tree. Just had two large evergreens removed. Except for the missing trees you can hardly tell they were here. The clean up after the job was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called today,7/27 to schedule actual work to be performed but guy on the phone was very rude. I called to get clarification of estimate paperwork left in the mail as I initially requested that each tree in my backyard be looked at. Just say the guy on the phone was very rude. I asked him questions about trees that were not marked/listed on paperwork and he said he didn’t have time to look at those trees and did I want to schedule the work to be done or not because he had another call. Very short and nasty. I should not be surprised though as I didn’t have a good first impression when scheduling

Have used Arborist Care Tree Service for all my properties for almost 30 years. Ron is a licensed insured bonded certified arborist. His crew are professional, neat and I very much appreciate he puts the health of the tree into every decision. Highly recommend.

Before I knew Ron, I called him for my home Tree Care needs. My brother had referred him as my brother had used him a number of times and always had excellent care.
