We were completely satisfied with the service and the professionalism of the Angelina who kept us in the loop of any delays due to weather conditions. We split the cost of the tree removal with our neighbor because of the way the tree hung over our garage. The crew that completed the tree and stump removal was great and completely cleaned up after themselves and was mindful not to damage the property. Will certainly use them again and would highly recommend them for their specialty. Always want to support family owned businesses that do excellent work. Thank again to The 1 Tree Service!

I had a good experience with 1 Tree Service. There was a medium sized tree in our backyard which we wanted removed. We received quotes from 3 different companies and 1 Tree not only had the lowest quote but also had the friendliest staff. After we agreed to go with 1 Tree, the office staff was in regular communication in the several weeks prior to the scheduled tree removal. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars was minor damage to our fence which occurred during the removal. One of the large limbs swung and hit the fence, knocking several boards loose. We had three trees taken down and 2 large maples trimmed. 1 Tree service performed all work safely and cleaned up extremely well afterward, taking with them ALL debris, leaves and limbs. An aspen overhung wiring at the front of the lot, a large catalpa grew between incoming electrical service and the house (I should have taken care of this many years ago, while tree was small!). The large maple in the backyard was quite rotted in many places but they still safely brought the whole thing down, limb by limb. Final bill was as quoted and all work was done in a day. I received a mailing advertising 150 off tree service. I contacted them and they came out quickly, gave me a reasonable estimate and completed the work within 10 days. They were courteous, professional and cleaned everything up. I would definitely recommend them.

"The 1 Tree Service" left an advertisement in my mailbox approximately three weeks ago. I called on 11/3/2021 and talked with one of the girls in the office and scheduled a FREE estimate on 11/4/2021 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM eastern time. The gentleman came out and I explained what was needed and how I wanted the estimates provided back to me. I also explained how I wanted the estimates done when I originally scheduled the appointment on 11/3/2021. Both employees stated that the estimates could be provided as I requested. It is now 11/18/2021 and NO ESTIMATE WAS EVER PROVIDED. Fourteen days later

They made this so easy!! Office staff was friendly and professional when setting up an appointment for an estimate. Estimator came out quickly and gave a very fair and reasonable price for what I requested and options if the entire tree needed removed and not just the one branch that I needed which was being eaten by ants. Job was scheduled and the crew that came out were again professional and personable. Took off the limb and cleaned up without any issues. A job well done!!!

The 1 Tree Service was great. They provided a competitive quote for the services I needed and did a great job removing my silver maple, grinding the stump and clearing away all the stump grindings, limb debris, etc.
I was worried about potential damage to a nearby landscaped bed, including a fairly old Japanese Maple but they a great job of ensuring no harm came to any of my existing landscaping.
They scheduled my appointment about two weeks out from when I agreed to the quote and there weren't any delays. Their team was in communication with me throughout the process and didn't collect payment

Originally I rated The 1 Tree Service as 5 star, but when I had them come out to do some additional grinding to remove roots things were not so great. I had to call three times to get put on their schedule. When they finally showed up to complete the job they clipped my irrigation system with the stump grinder. I thought no big deal, I’ll send pics and we’ll get it taken care of . Instead, they tried to tell me I never informed them of the system, but I did. I was extremely impressed. Everyone I interacted with at the company was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had a huge stump ground. The worker who did it was easy to work with, did exactly what we needed, was efficient, did a great job (and it wasn't easy because the stump was touching a fence). Then another worker came behind and did a great job cleaning up everything. I almost didn't go with them because their wait time was one month. But in the end it was totally worth it. I'd highly recommend this company.

These guys are a well-oiled tree-slaying machine of an operation. First, their prices are EXTREMELY competitive. Second, their estimate was speedy. Third, they came, they sawed, they felled - 4 trees - in record time, including stump grinding. And lastly, they left nary a trace of evidence behind. Awesome operation. We'll have a few more trees to cut down in the future, and these guys will be our ONLY phone call!!

Highly recommend, from start to finish, the team was responsive and professional. Had several estimates and by far The 1 Tree Service was the best. The crew that came out was great, They had the tree down, removed, stump ground and cleaned up in no time. They were probably completely done in an hour. The office got me scheduled earlier than expected due to a cancellation. No doubt that I would highly recommend them and won't think twice if I ever need a tree/stump removed.

I had a large tree removed from my front yard, which was overhanging both my and my neighbor's houses. The work was difficult because of the size and location of many of the branches.
My initial call for an estimate was easy, and scheduling was very organized and easy. The estimator showed up on time and gave several options on the quote, and provided a business card in the event of questions.

I recently purchased a home with a number of very tall and old trees. The 1 Tree Service, Kerry, took the time to walk around my property and discuss each tree and what he recommended, leaving me a detailed quote. We decided to have them complete it all and they did not disappoint! They showed up on time with at least 10+ men and worked nearly 6 hrs straight. They cleaned up everything including the leaves in my lawn. They even had a pretty hard time getting to a stump in an elevated flower bed but took the time to get it done properly. I highly recommend The 1 Tree Service!

This tree service removed three very large pines from my property this week. I could not be happier with every aspect of their service. They had between six and eight men working to take down the huge trees, which they did expertly. You know when someone knows their skill thoroughly when they make it look effortless. It was fascinating watching them work: everyone knew exactly their part to play. I was also very pleased they offered to return if the landscaping service I employ found any problems with planting shrubs where the trees had been. What fantastic service!
