Good follow up, fast turn around on scheduling, appeared to be very thorough with inspection and went above and beyond in customer service. I called in concerned about a large spider outside next to my front door a week after my spray and the general manager happened to be in the neighborhood so he offered to come by and take care of it for me and I took him up on the offer. Can't beat that service!

John came out to give a quote to help us with a problem at our house. He is incredibly knowledgeable, polite and shared many tips on what to look for and how to address the problem. Although we were unable to use him this time, he followed up with a couple of additional phone calls just to make sure we were getting fair treatment and to give additional advice. Our family noticed the evidence of mice/rats, so we called Family Home Pest Control to come take a look. Brandon came to inspect our home.
