Kayser began selling and servicing cars back in 1925 on East Washington Avenue in Madison. Paul A. Kayser, a farmer from Fitchburg opened the dealership to sell and service the new Ford Model T. Thanks to the loyalty of so many satisfied customers and the dedicated & effective work of so many Kayser employee's we grew to be the largest Ford dealership in the state.

I recently helped my daughter select a used car at Kayser and I can't say enough about the incredible service we received. Ed Riel was incredible! He updated us on inventory options, worked around our schedules, answered all of our questions and made the process painless. We weren't buying a $80,000 vehicle but were treated as if we were his top priority. I would highly recommend contacting Ed if you are looking for a used vehicle!

Dennis was incredibly helpful and efficient with the purchase of my used jeep. I needed a car within my price range quickly after totaling my previous vehicle, and he made it happen with no stress or struggle. Andrew for the win! What a great person to work with and getting you what you want! Very personable and down to earth. I bought 3, yes 3 cars in the last few months, first one got totalled, second one was a mistake (on my part), abs the 3rd one has everything I ever wanted (and my list was extensive!). Andrew and Joe worked on getting me out of 'my mistake car' and got me into the vehicle that I actually wanted! Fran was really friendly too, can't forget about the finance person lol.

I have to agree with the awesome service! It's been awhile since I purchased from them-I still have the vehicle and am looking to buy again. I would definitely go back.
Because of a unusual circumstance at the time, I never had an actual salesperson-I worked directly with Finance who then gave the sale to someone. But Matt S was so incredible to work with. I hope he is still there...

Didn't end up buying a car here but was impressed by the selection and competitive pricing. We worked with Dennis and he let us take a car home for the night to make sure it was the right fit. Low pressure and straightforward gentleman to deal with. Ultimately it didn't work out for us, but that wasn't Kayser's fault.

Ed was great. Not only could he read my body language; that I didn't want to be bothered until I found the Truck I wanted. The dealership did great with the social distancing and sanitizing. I changed my mind on the vehicle I wanted and it was nice to have the flexibility of not feeling pressured. I was given an inspection report and vehicle history. We had a delay due to COVID with obtaining the Title and I was able to take the vehicle home for a few days until it arrived without issue.

I started my car shopping about 4 weeks ago when my 2004 PT Cruiser started having problems and I didn't feel like putting any more money into it.
Browsed a number of dealers on line and Kayser Ford was the dealership that offered the selection of vehicles that I was interested in.
Made a quick visit on a Friday afternoon to check out 3 or 4 cars that were on my list that I had developed.
Spoke with Tim Gillham briefly and told him what I was looking for and that I was not in a buying situation that day.
Tim took the time to deal with me that cold Friday even though he knew I was not buying
